  Was running out of gas with my kids in the car and only had 100$ bill and was told they had no change for me !! Really yall are heb and don't have change for me to put gas, thank God I had 2$ in quarters to get me to the next gas station.

  The only thing all HEB pump stations need is faster payment. Debit cards take forever!!

  i walked up to the kiosk to pay for my gas with cash as i always do. when i got up to the kiosk a woman named april was inside and was on a landline phone. i put $50 in the cubby and told her “i want $15 on 2 and my change”. she took my money and with attitude asked what was on my money and claimed it was sticky, even though i just had it in my bare hands and didnt feel anything. she told me to wait as she got gloves and then gave me my change. i went to go pump my gas and the pump was not working. i came back to april to let her know and she said “the $15? i put that on 3 because that’s what you said” when i know for a fact i told her pump 2. somebody on pump 3 stole my gas because april was too busy on the phone and putting on gloves to actually listen to what i said.i had to wait around for her to “watch the cameras” which i doubt she actually did as she would have heard me say pump 2 and should have apologized for her mistake. instead she told me a manager gave her a code to override the pump so i could still get my gas.i don’t trust paying with my card at gas pumps so i rely on employees to take cash.it’s hard to rely on an employee who is too busy on the phone and apparently is a germaphobe who should be wearing gloves anyway while handling cash to actually hear what pump you tell them you need.
