It's HEB! They seriously have the best pumps! They have the cleanest gas stations in the country. Love that I can check for traffic at the pumps. It's the only place I gas up.

Y'all don't know how to bag groceries can you put the cost of with detergent y'all do not know how to bag and then you'll fill the bag and then you don't double bag it I used to work for H-E-B back then reuse to know how to bag the groceries what I hate when you put the groceries with the the cost of mixed with with other stuff when I asked put the cost of together and then you fill the the bags and you don't even double bag it yeah yeah are horrible in begging groceries fill the bags don't double bag it every time when I come to H-E-B is the same thing y'all put the cold with the shampoo horrible in baggy

I literally not even 5 mins put my Cart to the side and I'm pretty sure some dumb worker took alllll my cold stuff out of my cart while I was shopping!?!? I was right by meal simple they took my $10 STEAK my milk salad celery strawberries like? NEXT TIME CHECK IF THE CUSTOMER IS EVEN NEAR!!!

I really did love this HEB! Not to mention it's closest to home and all. Until last year I was completely embarrassed beyond belief! I would have NEVER expected anything like this from any HEB ever. I went about my usual shopping and when I got to the checkout I realized I forgot my wallet in the car. So as she's halfway into scanning my items I told the cashier that I was so sorry because I left my wallet in the car. So I told her I'd gladly help move my items to the unused checks and right next to her and I could run and get my wallet. As if that wasn't embarrassing enough, I ran and grabbed my wallet and came right back in to pay. I of course patiently waited for her to finish with the lady behind me's checkout. Once she's done she gets my unpaid receipt with all my scanned items and she rings me up and I pay. But then she tells me with a horrible attitude that I can bag my own items. I was already so embarrassed for my faults but now I'm being punished for an honest mistake and she makes sure everyone around knows how she's punishing me. I started crying I couldn't even properly bag my stuff cuz I was in such a hurry to get the hell out of there. I tried telling her it was a simple mistake and that's no way to treat anyone. I was crying so bad out of embarrassment and I passed a manager on the way out and I told her I can't believe how I was just done. I was way to emotional to speak then so I told her let me get outta there and that I would call the store. When I got home I called and explained what went on. So they said to give them a bit to look over the cameras and they would call me back. They did and all I was told was they talked to her and let her know that's not how we do our customers and that was it. Maybe I'm over reacting but I felt like that was such a huge ordeal just to hear they talked to her and told her that not how we treat our customers. I have since tried to return to this store a couple times and I just don't feel the same about the place. I now try my best to go to other HEB's. The few times I have gone to this one I make sure to get just the bare necessities and get outta there. I hope no one else ever has to go through what I did. Sorry for the long story. I just felt it needed to be shared.
