Came for the ingredients I need to make bacon, wrapped jalapeños with cream, cheese, a protein, and vegetables for dinner. space was clean and fully stocked! The cashier greeted and scanned away. Eye contact was truly appreciated

I had placed an order for delivery. About an hour before delivery, I had received a message that all my items were in stock and the order was being prepared. The delivery man gets here with my bags without my rotisserie chicken. No call, no email, no text message...instead I was sent a message by the delivery man AFTER he left my house, "the chicken was out of stock, call the store". UNACCEPTABLE HEB!!! You have the resources to reach out to your customers and you don't. This isn't the 1st time this has happened either. I'm done!!! I called and got passed around to 3 different people then put on an eternal hold. I have yet to receive a call back for the inconvenience you caused my family and our dinner!! Walmart will now be my choice for groceries.

The pharmacy drive through is the worst! I have literally been waiting in line for 20 minutes. Once someone gets behind you, you can't get out of line. I feel like the employees here used to work at the DMV!

I am disturbed by what just happened. I was parked in my car in the far corner of the parking lot waiting for an order to come thru on door dash. (There was over 100 open spaces in eye shot) and the security comes over to my car hand on his gun to ask me what I was doing. I said just waiting for a door dash order(usually 2-5 mins wait) and he demanded I move. Then came right up to the window of the car(no mask) and refused to step back as I did not have a mask on either. Not a crazy mask person but maybe this would qualify as invasion of personal space. He then called for backup to have me removed for no reason. The. The reply he got on the radio was to stop Harassing me. After receiving the call he came up to me once again hand on his gun. How is this acceptable. I drove off and plan to return when he is not on shift to let them know how irresponsible his actions were and his egregious hand placement on his firearm while talking with customers.

Returned expired bagels dogs that were expired almost 2 months ago and when asked the cashier why they had them on the shelf all he did was laugh. I wouldn’t expect a store like H‑E‑B to provide that kind of rude service.

Brenna helped me with my cart and she was a sweetheart! Poor thing was pushing the cart when all of a sudden it just locked up on her and we weren't even out of the store yet

I like the everything about this store especially after the upgrade but was very disappointed with the Jonah Crab Claws recently purchased. I understand fresh seafood is hard to get here but these were dry, tasteless, and not edible. Obviously previously frozen for too long. I ended up throwing out $10 worth and disappointed that they would sell something that bad.
