Called to check when my prescription would be done at 2:15, I was told it would be ready in 30 min. It’s 5:16 I come to pick up my prescription and am now told it’s still not ready, they’re finishing it up but it will still take 30 min. It’s a prescription of 30 pills, the same exact amount that comes in the bottles they get. They don’t have to count them or verify the count at all they literally just have to put a sticker on it.
Definitely gonna stick to my normal heb pharmacy and not come back here.

I am a disabled veteran with a service dog. HEB, not only this store but all of them, are the most polite, efficient, helpful and professional people anybody could ask for when grocery shopping, especially with a service dog and a disability. Thank you HEB for making my visits easy and enjoyable.

I have always gotten quick, efficient, friendly service, the five almost six years I have lived in the area. Shots too. I don't understand the few low ratings BUT I will be back and edit if I ever think otherwise. Onward to health and safety always!

Hands down, this is one of my favorite H-E-B's to shop at! The store is clean, organized, and the partners are so polite and professional! It's a breath of fresh air coming from the HEB in my old neighborhood. Keep up the fantastic work, HEB! P.S. Whoever designs the cookie cakes -- you're my hero!

I lost my phone or better yet left on the grocery basket. Scott the stocker/carts team member helped me find it. He was determined to help me locate it. The manager on duty Georgia looked with me and then checked the video to confirm I left it on the basket. Scott came back and told me he found it. Thanks Scott and Georgia! Team work at HEB!

Always understaffed and no one is ever at the window to pick up your subscription. 5 people in line waiting and employees running back and forth pretending they are busy.

They did an excellent job with my catering order: chicken salad croissant sandwiches for a party, the guest kept asking where did I bought them, they really enjoyed them. Thank you
