Had a prescription filled here. I went to this location expecting to wait for at least an hour. It was ready at 10am despite the app saying it wouldn’t be ready until 2pm. The lady at the counter was professional and said I hope you’re feeling better soon after I paid.

Do not buy meat here. I bought beef, tried to cook it, and the ROTTEN SMELL WAS AWFUL. I returned it to the HEB next to my home. The audacity. Shame on you HEB Thousands Oaks!!!

This is hands down the absolute worst HEB pharmacy. The attendants are extremely rude, they never seem to have any needed medication in stock, and they definitely won’t notify you if there’s an issue with your prescriptions. You don’t find that out until you drive all the way up there.

This place never gets it right and does not care always an excuse. I had sent someone to pick up some pain meds and they gave her heart medication which was not needed. I had severe pain and never use pain meds but this time it was needed and since they were unable to give the correct meds I just had to push thru the pain and when I asked them about it they blamed it on the person I had pick up script for me. Absolute floppy clown shoes of an operation.

I have always gone to H-E-B pharmacy because it has been the better choice over Walmart and Walgreens here in Boerne. However, H-E-B customer service seems to be going down lately. My doctor sent a prescription over at 9:30 in the morning. I received a message at 10:10 in the morning to allow two hours for it to be ready. I went to the pharmacy seven hours later, at 5:30 in the evening, and was told that my prescription is still not ready. It is not a complex prescription. In November I had problems with HEB curbside not having an order ready at my specified time. I had to wait an additional two hours to receive my order. I was told at that time they were understaffed. I am very sad to see Heb‘s customer service going downhill across the departments .
