I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before someone helped me, keep in mind I was the only one when I pulled up. The employee took care of the other lane before me. I'm understanding they're busy, but why not go in order of who arrived first. Rude
Update after waiting even longer they couldn't find my profile bc the lady wouldn't listen.
I'm moving my family's medications somewhere else.

I’ve been going here for years now, at first I was pleased with the services but lately I have not been. When you call they take forever to answer and when they finally do answer they try to get you to do everything online. This past week I called in for a refill for my child who has a heart condition. On Monday they said it would be ready Wednesday and I find out Wednesday evening it still needs to be shipped from the warehouse.

Do not get any controlled or “popular” capsule medications from this location. If you have adhd do not go here! They are skimming/stealing meds. I took my prescription to other H‑E‑B pharmacies to compare what I received to the same thing at other locations and it’s very clear my medicine was tampered with. I live alone so it’s no one at my home who could’ve stolen from me.

I was very disappointed when I asked for a printout of my shots and was told it would be easier if I went on the app and got them myself. I've been going there for 25+ years and needed to get my flu, shingles, pneumonia shots but they did not want to be bothered with a simple printout of my records. Very disappointed

I must say that the Outstanding Customer Service, particularly at this location, is Quite refreshing. They stop a Boring Job but still manage to put their smiles on and ALWAYS leaves me with a smile as well. All the Services their offer is Amazing as well.

Will never fill any meds at HEB pharmacy. Nothing but lies about when the meds would be filled. This is the worst service I've ever had. They are running a circus not a pharmacy.
