I found a baby bird embyro live outside of its egg crawling on the ground, i tried saving it and the employees at the pharmacy went well out of their way to find a suitable syringe to feed it with. Either way they are great.

Quick and friendly most of the time. But there are times that they are not. It all depends on who is working. The time frame that they tell you is spot on.

Teledoc visit was at 12 pm and was given an hour turnaround time for the RX to be filled. I arrived 2 hrs past. There were two cars in each lane and i waited 45 minutes to get to the window. Once at the window, i was told the prescription was not received. She then said it was received, but not viewed until then. I was told to go back in 40 min. I went back at 4 to one other car and waited 30 min. I get to the window and im told it had not been filled yet. At this point im sent to the second line. Needless to say i got my meds at 6pm.

All the staff is great for the most part. There is one thats a lil off putting on a consistent basis. . .like clockwork. . Manager is my favez. The black guy w glasses goes above and beyond with his customer service. Otherwise meds are always ready in time for pick up in timely manner.

This location is terribly disappointing. It's very small, so the options are limited - and what is available, is terrible quality. Sugary garbage that I've never seen in any other side of town. The east side deserves decent groceries too.

Pharmacist REFUSED to fill my Rx due to "his personal views" during my sickest days. He said he was smarter than my own personal PCP and knew what was better for me.

My first visit to a H-E-B and selected here to make a special order for my Mother birthday cake. The lady who I ordered the cake with over the phone was nice. I called twice after ordering to verify the bakery hours and kept getting different hours. When I arrived to pick up the cake. I had to wait a while because no one was in the bakery. A gentleman had to page a girl to come to the bakery. Once I was handed off the cake, the icing in the middle was cracked before I could leave the store. I never received a birthday cake that was cracked. That was unacceptable! The girl had to called her manager from her cell phone. The manager asked the price of the cake and for a picture. She offered only $3 off. We wanted to take nice pictures of the cake but couldn't because we were handed a cake that was messed up. Why would they hand it off to a customer if the cake is not right. The girl manager end up telling her to fix the cake instead of giving the discount. The girl nicely fixed the cake. I asked her for a cake cutter and she didn't know what I was talking about. I had nothing to cut the cake. I am used to the service I received at Publix grocery stores. A cake that is cracked at Publix would've been free. They also give customers a cake cutter with every cake.
