I'm literally trying to get into contact with bakery on a order that is placed for today pickup and I can't even get through the phones automated system. It literally keeps repeating the options and when you select the number it doesn't even transfer you. Like y'all need to fix this problem.

These guys are idiots. I’m moving my prescriptions to Walgreens down street even though I’m in this HEB almost every day. They need a prescription for Customer Service, and Common Sense. Been waiting a week for prescription and they have an excuse every time and say come back tomorrow it will be ready. Then when I made him call in front of me he said ok I got approvals. But we don’t have the medicine in stock. Really After a weeK? I let manager know then he says they looked deeper and we do have it. I’ll call you when it’s ready. It’s 5:30 and I’m still waiting and they closed at 5

Normally, I give HRB 5 star rating, but... There is a front end woman manager with short dark hair that cares more about asking off the clock employees to attend a training video than she does how much she shoves into a flimsy plastic bag - two bags tore and I had to implement that day, only to return and get the same woman packing, throwing uncooked chicken and sausage items in with raw veggies that I like in salads rather than having to cook! Did this manager watch that training video herself? Does the video mention anything about over stuffing bags or cross contamination of foods and how they should be packaged? Maybe the rules don't apply to that manager since she is so busy gathering up the crew for training? She seems nice, but her priorities clearly are not concerning the end customer.

Normally the staff here works very efficiently to help customers, but today, they offered misinformation. When I called, the technician advised that the updated COVID vaccines would not be available in San Antonio until "sometime in October." HEB Boerne and HEB Boerne Stage Rd both had the vaccine available. HEB management can do a better job of keeping their staff informed to provide customers with options.For anyone in the neighborhood, Walgreens at Commerce and Gen McMullen is the closest "neighborhood" pharmacy with the updated vaccine.

Professional and quick. The app is great.I often ask the pharmacist about medications and they take their time to explain to me the meds my doctor prescribed.

Clean, amazing vegan selection that you will see in the photos, for the meat eaters i didn’t get any pictures however they had amazing deals and great selection to choose from with out it being half empty, definitely will shop there again
