The staff there are very disrespectful i am traveling and my diabetic bag with my insulin and my syringes are in that bag and heb will not sell one bag of syringes to a diabetic type 1 its very upsetting that there policy is that how am I supposed to take a medicine that is life threatening if I dont take....

HEB shopping has been an exciting period at my old age. Lately, those pushy Spectrum people at the entrance, make us feel unsettled. They also hit us on the way out, because their tactics have no consideration.

There have been way too many times that HEB is stating that they are out of a prescription that I am needing refilled. It's just a 30-day supply and I'm sure there are hundreds of people with the same 30-day supply, so pretty much it's a management issue. You multiply these people times the 30-day supply you. Make sure you have that supply in stock and everybody will be happy.

Worst experience at this H-E-B pharmacy first their phone systems are down so they’re not allowed to take in called in prescriptions. My husband had to be with a toothache for three hours then I get there and she can’t run my insurance because she says their system is down so I’d have to pay out of pocket if I want my husband to feel better she said worse “pharmacist” ever

Sofie was disgustingly rude to me when trying to pick up a prescription for my sick daughter. She told me she would call security on me if I waited in line for my prescription that was called in 4 hours ago to be ready. Didn’t bother to offer an alternative solution. I went inside and discussed with another woman that got the medication done within 5 minutes. So crazy how that works.. very inconvenient when you have a sick toddler.
