Terrible experience! My doctor made a mistake on my prescription and I tried to explain it to the girl at the counter. She refused to let me have my prescription, and implied that I must be abusing it, it was incredibly insulting and humiliating. Worst pharmacy experience ever. My medicine has bad withdrawals so I needed it and can't go more than a day without it and she refused to work with me or understand my predicament.

Female bathrooms are so disgusting. Literally has splashing streaks all over every stall walls in every stall. What the heck does management not see this filth. Make your staff clean them. They all need deep cleaning in every inch of that place.

Be patient yall as the entire south side goes to this pharmacy. The staff at this location is always so kind and friendly to customers. Ms. Debbie is the best patient caring human being at the pharmacy. We are blessed to have this amazing employee at this location in the south side.

I go to HEB for the cheapest prices. However customer service at the pharmacy fails.I take 10+ meds. A couple of meds have 2 different refill subscriptions. The scripts haven't been combined. One med bottle is almost overflowing yet its almost ready to refill.And that's not the problem. It's the attitude. I wanted to setup delivery. 1 was ready. The 2nd was to be for tomorrow because they didn't think it was important. I callback for delivery as instructed. I had questions and I was placed on hold without notice.It's frustrating so now I gave to pick up the meds.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for almost 3 years. The only reason I come here is because it is close to my house (5 minutes away). It's a convenient location. Unfortunately the wait times are ridiculous every single time I come. And I've tried coming early OR coming late but it never fails I am wait 15-30+ minutes. Currently I am sitting in the drive thru line and have been waiting 30 mins. 30 mins and counting because there is one more car in front of me.On another note the staff is always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had any other problems besides the EXCESSIVE wait times.

I am so sick of this pharmacy idk why I default to put them for when I need pick up bc they always take forever even on a slow day with 1 or 2 cars.. that is all.

Terrible service, the medication is never ready when you arrive, they make you wait an eternity and the medications that insurance covers at other pharmacies are never covered there, a total disaster. They don't really deserve a star.

They told me to come back back the next day after 12pm and my medicine should be ready. Stood in line and waited over 30 min and they said my medication was still not ready. It’s been over 30 hours and still not ready. They need more workers and structure to keep up with their demand. They are way too behind and under employed. I came on my break and now I have to wait till tomorrow and come back to see if it’s even ready. Go to. Walgreens or CVS if you need medication. This heb is far too behind.
