I recently went through the drive-thru pharmacy to pick up maintenance medication and a new medication started for my medically fragile child. We were greeted appropriately and in a timely manner, without feeling rushed or pressured for details. Nina the pharmacy tech, was patient and understanding when it came to explaining my babies doctor ordered his new med in tablet form after we had just picked up the capsule form not long ago.ranlet form wasn’t filled and ready to go, but Nina was able to get it done so we didn’t have to make a second trip that day. Nina you are great, thank you for giving us an easy and quick experience. That same day my baby had 2 appointments and we were in and out of the pharmacy line between appts with no trouble. It might not seem like a lot to others, but it is to our family. Thank you again Nina.

After waiting in line for about 30 minutes. Someone comes out to tell me the Box won’t come down and I need to get In line one after waiting!! My meds have been paid for And I asked her if she can just bring them out or get them ready she says no. yet, I see her, after putting the shopping cart, approach the car in front and help them so that they could be ready…. I feel like shit and I’m having to wait an eternity. Do better! alert people faster and then take them in the order they’ve been Waiting! Writing this as I’m still waiting and another car that got here way after me is being serviced at the window. Do better.

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and turned my elderly mother away when she needed her medication that was ready for pick up. Mind you, my mother was there 1 minute late when they already had a line. The lady’s tone was very rude and i honestly wish she was fired.

The service here is so bad I can’t even explain it, the employees are so unprofessional, my aunt and me waited on the drive thru for 25 minutes and then they didn’t even give us the right medicine when we complained they said we had to go inside to talk w the manager and if we don’t move they were gonna call security and worst than that we waited other 20 minutes for the manager to come to talk w us.

Shout out to Oscar who was especially helpful in trying to get my 85 year old father's medication issues straightened out with the insurance company. He truly went above and beyond in his helpfulness. He was especially patient and understanding. Thanks again, Oscar!

Anytime I have needed refills or had any issues, they have always got what I needed, Rarely has there been a time they didnt have something that a doctor prescribed for me or my sons. Even paid to get a flu shot and the physician there did it with care. Im not a fan of needles and she made it quick and easy.

Usually I am not make publications with bad experiences of places but it makes my attention because it refers to health and therefore is linked to a person's life. Yesterday they gave me a prescription for my 2 year old daughter and when I went to pick it up with a printed prescription they gave it to me, I arrived at my house and when I opened the bag I realized that it is a larger dose than what corresponds to her, and therefore I read the name and the component, my surprise is when I saw name, doses and component were wrong, I went the next day in the morning to get the right my daughter's prescription and they told me they can't give me another one because they already gave it to me the night before, the person who talked to me I explained them what happened and they told me if the doctor doesn't prescribe it again They can't give me a new one, thanks God I contacted the provider and they kindly understood the situation. the employees were inhumane, insane and the mistake was on the part of the pharmacy, they made me an additional charge because according to them the insurance does not cover refills. In my opinion, it is inhumane to play with health, putting defenseless people such as a 2-year-old girl at risk due to the negligence and unprofessionalism of the employees of this pharmacy, including the pharmacist. Terrible experience, I would never return to this pharmacy. I was wondering where can I report it.

HEB pharmacy customer service has gone down, new staff has lost/misplaced our prescriptions multiple times. They have provided incorrect information on medication we needed saying it’s no longer available, and they have almost given us someone else’s medication twice with the same name. When attempting to call the pharmacy you are immediately placed on hold for a long period of time and hope they don’t forget about you. If I could give them zero stars we would. Good buy HEB pharmacy. NOT recommended!
