30 min sitting in my car trapped between other cars just trying to get my medicine is not good customer service. Literally people were backing out and turning around.

Was just told my script was voided on 8.14 because it was not in stock. When I asked why I wasn’t notified, MaryHelen’s response…”you need to be proactive, we can’t notify everyone!”

I’ve been using Cvs for many years. The generic medication that I take at Cvs started to become very inconsistent in availability, and the manufacturers were changing every single month.
I had noticed the last months of using the CVS pharmacy medication, that it was making me have severe migraines.
I understand the main ingredient is the same as the name brand. But the additive’s is what is the wild card ingredient.
Long story short, CVS was to expensive, I moved my Rx here.
And what would you know the H-E-B generic brand works great zero headaches . the CVS generic was a nightmare for me personally.
Also the medication has been in stock for all my refills. I have thankfully not had to have any lapse in medication
Also, the staff here are the sweetest and most knowledgeable staff ever.
This pharmacy has been fully staffed every time I have went.
I recommend H‑E‑B pharmacy.

Justin Broekemeier is an exceptional pharmacist employee with HEB. He is very patient, and takes his time to explain all of my questions and concerns regarding my medications. This is where I go to pick up my prescriptions. Depending on the day, it can be busy. However, they always have the prescription on time and I do not have to wait long. I would recommend this location.

Justin, the dark-haired pharmacist, is excellent and really goes out of his way to help. He has filled my prescription just as they were closing and took the time to answer my questions after. He also was super helpful with transferring an out of town prescription back to San Antonio.Also thanks to Katherine in the drive-through who was also incredibly patient and helpful with getting medicine for my daughter. She had a very friendly attitude and was very kind and personable.

Very bad service, wait for 1:48 min to take my medicine, they don’t care and they don’t have experience!Even I tried to call the manager today ( Justin ) , but he do not care also , they left me OBL hold for 34 min and no answer.I will not let it go , I will check with H‑E‑B head office and complain about those useless.I hope there is zero star .

This has been our "go to" grocery store! It is conveniently located in the Stone Oak Area near Blanco Road. We enjoy being able to get affordable groceries, hot ready to eat/oven ready foods such as pizza, sushi, family meals, etc. We also enjoy being able to buy household appliances like a coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker, etc all at this location. I recommend the oven ready margherita pizza and the Alfredo penne pasta to pop in the oven at home for a quick meal.
