PATIENTS BEWARE I’ve been going to this HEB pharmacy for 5 years now and they always get my prescriptions wrong. They purposely pick the ones that make them the most profit instead of the affordable ones for patients that need it. This pharmacy always chooses the medication that are not covered by my insurance which gives me a lag time on getting the prescriptions I need. This is very frustrating because I have an illness that requires those medications daily. In other words choose a different pharmacy.

Pharmacy employee was extremely rude on the phone. Apparently my daughter’s medication is on backorder, which they never called or sent a message letting us know… but that’s not on the employee.
She was very short, and made it clear she didn’t care about doing her job well. I nicely asked what we could do and was rudely told “there is nothing you can do.” I asked if she knew approximately how long this medication was usually on backorder and she sighed and barked “no” back at me. I know it’s not a big deal to you that we can’t get our medication but it is important to us! I was very polite and didn’t deserve to be spoken to that way, especially when we are the family that now has to figure out how to manage without our meds.

My son picked up 3 meds including an inhaler and asked for a council and was told by the pharmacist that it was pretty self explanitory and there was paperwork he could read. I worked at another HEB pharmacy and never in a million years would our pharmacists tell a customer that and not give him a council. Completely unexceptable!!

When my medication was over $400, Christian tried different options, ran coupons, and was super patient while we worked out the best option for me. I commend and recommend highly. Thank you HEB and Christian!

customer service awful.....dont have medication i ordered 3 days ago , intially told 2-3 days to get in order...told to call yesterday but figured i would try today....told they dont know when it will come in...didn't offer any alternatives... told to try monday but told them i have appt on monday that i need the medication for . Then told i could try other HEBs.....useless... of all the HEB, am i suppose to call all of them

Being over an hour behind on immunization appointments is just completely unacceptable. The way the employees treat customers doesn’t help either. Some of the employees working there seem like they absolutely hate their jobs. There are many other better options to get vaccines.
