I've been coming to this supermarket for years, and this is the first time I've been treated so badly. Miss Are didn't help me make a delivery with Wuaster Junior. She was rude and impolite. What a bad experience. She just wanted to make fun of me and thought I didn't speak English.

Before I begin, I would suggest if you’re trying to find a new pharmacy and are wanting to go to HEB, DO NOT. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better.
This morning, I went to my grandparents’ house to help them and was shocked to hear their pharmacy call on speakerphone. The pharmacist spoke to my 72-year-old grandfather in a rude and unprofessional manner regarding my grandmother’s much-needed pain medication for her autoimmune disorders. When they requested to speak with a manager, the behavior was just as disappointing and unhelpful.
They recently transferred to H-E-B Pharmacy, hoping for better care, but this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. My grandparents have been waiting over two weeks for this prescription—no one should be treated as if they’re an inconvenience for following up on essential medications, especially elderly patients who rely on these services.
Elderly customers deserve respect, compassion, and timely assistance. Please do better.

Very poor service!! They don't talk to you, they are rude!! And right in front of you they go talk to the pharmacist only believing what she said or what the problem was!! And.. he sits there and looks at you and laughs while he's filling your prescription!!!!
