  Rebecca is rude, does not care about customers & needs to be retrained. All these changes with the delivery service makes it hard for customers who can’t come in to pick up for various reasons. HEB needs to better the delivery services and find better people who actually care about the customers. This may be your job but this is the customers health & lives. Put yourself in the customers shoes, how would you feel dealing with constant change and bad attitudes if you weren’t able to get your meds? What about your parents, grandparents or kids? Have some kind of decency when you deal with customers Rebecca. You definitely need help with people skills.

  I honestly don’t like getting my meds from here anymore. One lady tells me she can setup my delivery over the phone and that delivery is free. Another lady tells me that I have to do it on the app and that I have to pay a fee. I don’t like that! What if I weren’t tech savvy and weren’t able to go in-person due to transportation issues? Everyone here has always been so rude! This pharmacy definitely needs secret shoppers. I guarantee they’d get poor reviews.

  Always friendly, always helpful. Except for Jessica. She's always rude. She has no business dealing with the public. All the staff knows it. They have my number to call if they want to talk to me AGAIN about her. Other than that, I highly recommend it.

  Horrible service they refuse to give me my prescription that the doctor had sent and wanted to give me another medication that wasn’t prescribed to me. Kristen the “manager” from there had a horrible attitude and told if I didn’t wanted the medication they wanted to give me (not the one the Dr prescribed) I could leave. Very bad service overall!

  HEB is always great, and the pharmacy is no different. They went over and beyond to find the medications I needed and had them sent to the nearest location for pickup. They also gave me a lot of dosing syringes at no charge, and I have gone back for more with no charge again. HEB is always highly recommended by me and bragged about when I'm talking to people not from the great state of Texas who don't know about HEB. Thanks again!

  Had me wait in the center lane just to ask me to come into the store behind their line as their system miraculously went down the second she felt the need to speak to me.

  30 minute wait for a flu vaccine while I watched the staff gossip with one another. Just seemed unprofessional, I understand if you’re busy with customers but having me sit there because you didn’t want to work felt rude.

  Thank you Chris for always catching doctors' mistakes, always able to answer my questions about drug interactions and whether side effects will be harsh and if the prescriptions are dangerous for any of my health issues. It has been 9 years and l have always been able to trust and depend on you!
