What happened to this store.
We have been coming here for almost 8 years. Always get a greeting from cashiers upon arrival with groceries.
The past few times we have been met with grumpy teenagers or middle aged women
No hello how you doing it's rude.
That's not the HEB I remember growing up with.
And I used to work at one years ago.
Mgmt please talk to your employees to be more welcoming.

I called because the meds given for my son were incomplete, it was missing 3 more bottles and whoever was on the other line was very rude. She sounded very annoyed and condescending. Before hanging up i said thank you and she hang up without saying anything and slammed the phone. To the lady, on the other line, if you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on customers. If you can’t be nice and polite, find another job where you don’t have to deal with other people directly.

HEB is super busy but it doesn’t stop them from being efficient. Not saying they are perfect but I personally have never had an issue there. Everyone at the 1604 and Potranco location are so friendly.

Staff are pretty nice but they are way to busy. Takes forever to pick up your medicine, especially if you go through drive through. Stopped going there years ago. I only go to Walmart pharmacy, they are very nice and little to no wait.

Waited 29 minutes in line to Get my vials with no syringes or needles.... oh sir it wasnt covered under insurance. Umm ok but I told you to fill it anyway. What am I supposed to do inject it with my finger 👉

when my usual HEB pharmacy is out on my prescription, this location always pulls through and theyll transfer and fill it within the hour

Lines are always long but moves pretty fast. I love this pharmacy..they always educate and never makes mistakes. Even let's u know what meds not to take together
