The pharmacist here is horrible. Likes to overrule doctors prescriptions and not fill them if she doesn’t feel like it. To me that’s practicing medicine without a license. And this wasn’t a narcotic, it was simply an antiviral medication, and something to help with a cough. I mean, I’m sorry but doctor did an evaluation, an exam, and determined these were the best medication’s, and you have not seen this person or examined them or asked them any questions and now you know better, she’s a liability in my opinion and we will never have another prescription called in to this location.

Service is normally courteous and efficient. However, person on phone kept talking over me today. Very disappointed with poor phone etiquette. HEB is better than that.

You all need to come to this pharmacy just for Amy! She works here and remembers you and your family with incredible memory and warmth. Frank and the others also complete it all to make this particular pharmacy truly feel like your (truly) friendly neighborhood pharmacy. The staff here have also helped me out in the past in looking up coupons that I would not be aware of. They are also professional with great manners when I come with my 5 year old for vaccines. Wouldn't go to any other pharmacy. Normally don't write reviews, but these guys deserve it.

This pharmacy is horrible. Rude staff. When you request refills online and physically go to the pharmacy THREE times and your order still isn’t right, there’s a problem. Going out of state and needed a prescription filled early - could not seem to make them understand that I wanted them to just run it through their discount program. Then here comes the pharmacist “to make sure I was taking my medication properly”. It’s not any kind of narcotic, and my record clearly indicates that I have been taking this for years!! Last time to use HEB for me.

Stood for 10 minutes, when no one was in line and the pharmacy techs just laughed and ignored me. When I went to the other side they just smirked! Rude! Rude! Rude! Will wait for my meds, thank goodness they were routine!

Absolutely the best HEB for everyone, and the go-to place for kosher groceries and pre-made meals and deserts. The food is amazingly fresh.

I had overheard a conversation where a customer was returning a recalled product, and the staff didn't seem to pay too much mind to it. So I went home and looked it up, and sure enough they were telling the truth. These products were recalled for maggots and unsanitary reasons - When I went back the next day, none of the recalled products had been pulled (yet) This is pretty gross and someone will for sure get sick from this. Heads up.

This pharmacy was the only one in town to have my dog’s medication available. Mia was extremely kind and even applied a coupon to help with the price.

Went in to buy some whole split chickens. Bought what was on the shelf. And then asked Kaden who had jjiisstt' started his shift if he could check his cases to see if there were anymore available? He turned & we both looked at his pallet of inventores he had to go through... He Did So with a "Smile," not ONLY on his face but throughout the entire exchange. He was So Sweet & Willing to help. Great Customer Service! Thanks Kaden for going the "Extra Mile!"

It's always clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the quality of produce is excellent. I often shop curbside and the service is excellent.
