Wow, I guess they don't want to answer the phone. I called to speak to someone about my prescription but nothing. As a matter of fact the line was cut off after about 8 times the phone rang. That is horrible!

Jacob was extremely kind and helpful with my son’s prescription. He went out of his way to find another HEB Pharmacy that had the prescription we needed in stock. I had just spoken to a young lady at CVS and there was a huge difference in the service I received. People like Jacob are why we will choose HEB Pharmacy every time.

We are very disappointed with this pharmacy as a new pharmacist young lady mishandled our medications. We specifically asked her bc we got different packaging than we are accustomed to but she kept reassuring us and telling us it was the same without any new directions. Our son is special needs and for the main pharmacist need to speak to us and ask us all these questions on how we had administered the wrong medication it made us very concerned. We do not want this to happen to any other customers. Our son is special needs and autistic non verbal so he can not communicate how he has felt. We depend and count on heb pharmacy with our kids livelihood. Please just be aware and go with your gut. We are very disappointed and will be mentioning this to higher ups. Best wishes

I like their deli because they have a good selection of Boar head lunch meat. Great atmosphere and big selection of organic options.

Just got home from HEB' drive thru bargeque and discovered my highly anticipated spare ribs were missing from my $37 order. I only went there for the 3 meat plate and paid an up charge for the ribs. I hate being robbed in the drive thru. I wonder how often people are paying for something they never receive. Happy Thanksgiving HEB.

I was so impressed with this pharmacy! I needed copies of my vaccination record on short notice and they said I just needed to go to the pharmacy counter and request them. I did just that and they printed them on the spot for me. They saved the day!

This particular checkin was for the BBQ drive thru. I'd never been there before so I thought I'd try it out. I was hoping to get chicken but I wasn't aware they don't sell BBQ chicken. I opted for a two meat with fatty brisket and ribs with collard greens and brisket beans as sides. There was almost a $300 up charge for the ribs but I decided to try it. Where do I start? Price or Taste? Taste. I thought every thing tasted pretty good. I was surprised that the greens had flavor but I really enjoyed them. Normally, in grocery stores, they usually taste as if they were poured from the can with no doctoring. The brisket beans were flavorful. The star of the show was the meat. I like my sauce with vinegar but they were out do I got sweet on the side. Honestly, I didn't use the sauce. The meat was tender and well seasoned. I tasted the sauce and found it really good. Not overly sweet but just right. I probably would dip instead of pour if I decide to try it with the meat next time. So this meal cost me just over $20. I found that a bit pricey for three ribs and a couple pieces of brisket but I've paid more for badly cooked food in this city so I'll leave that be. Service was quick and fact. I don't have any ambiance to rate since I went took the drive thru route. Overall, I enjoyed it and I'll be back again.

Deli department is sucks No one care if you are in front of them. You have to wait almost 5 minutes until someone ask have you been help.

This is my go to HEB for weekly grocery shopping. There are at least 3 closer locations to my house, but I like the layout and selection of this store the most. I am frustrated that someone at Yelp keeps changing the name to HEB Wellness or something like that. You can clearly see by the 117 photos that this ain't no doctor's office. The produce here is always fresh and much better than you will find at WalMart. Great wine selection, with very good prices.I used to get their H‑E‑B Bakery Scratch breads, but now find most are made with bioengineered ingredients. No thanks, and that cost you a star. I don't want my bread made with lab created ingredients.I have the HEB app and that helps me save money with coupons not available in the store.Most of the HEB brands are just as good as the name brands for a better price.They do need to work on training baggers as they constantly mix cold and frozen items with canned goods.
