I love my HEB And HEB Pharmacy. They are great. They give me quick and reliable service, great discount coupons and work with my insurance. Their drive up window is quick and friendly.

The female pharmacist was terrible. This is my go-to HEB and haven't dealt with anyone that bad at this location. May have to switch to a different store.

I ’ve been a customer at this H-E-B pharmacy for years, and my experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff here are some of the rudest I’ve encountered. They lack basic courtesy and seem annoyed by simple questions or concerns. I’ve had numerous issues over the years, including unexplained changes in prescription prices that no one bothers to clarify. Instead of being helpful or apologetic, they come across as dismissive and unprofessional. It’s frustrating to feel like an inconvenience when all I want is proper service. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who values respect or efficient customer service.

Thank you to the pharmacy staff for very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt service. Also, the pharmacy of choice for our vaccines with a very minimal wait time.

I'm a retired 25 year employee of HEB and embarrassed to say the least ,of the customer service by some employees at this store. When I called the person did not give her name, I kindly asked if she could help me and she asked if it was regarding a refill and I said no. She then said we have more customers waiting and put me on hold. As far as I know, I too am I customer. She came back on and I asked her to run a prescription telling her that it was a prior authorization with previous insurance and she asked if I had already called new insurance to ask if it was a prior. I said no because it is a state insurance and I know it would be the same problem with a new payor and drs office could not initiate process without rejection so they have ins info and patients. I could tell she didn't like what I said and said it's a prior auth I sent to dr. I said thank you and she said goodbye I think. I was floored and in shock. Never in all my years with heb pharmacy did I ever asked that of a patient. They do not have all the information anyway. The laziness and gall of some techs with heb pharmacy these days is unacceptable. Had I done anything like what I've experienced being on the other side since I retired almost 2 years ago would have cause a reprimand at the least. If I thought calling corporate would help I would but I had an issue before and was told I would receive a call from someone and that call never came. I'm positive Mr Butt would never approve of his employees or partners are treating those that support his company. I suppose the promise employees are clearly made aware of on how to treat customers doesn't apply anymore. So very sad.

Just got off the phone with Misty who was incredibly rude regarding simple questions. I'm not sure what's going on with the pharmacy techs recently but I'm going to take my scripts to CVS from now on.

Called Sunday to refill a prescription....never received a call or anything when it was ready.. Monday evening I called at 8:30pm to see if it was ready Maynie or Nany Martinez answered and I started asking if my prescription was ready and why I was not text she was so rude and hung up the phone on me...I called back I really needed my prescription ....but they were ready to close.....now another day without my prescription......if u can't handle ur job or be nice to ur customers....then you shouldn't work their. In puting a formal complaint on her

They used to be soooo nice and go above and beyond to help customers. Now sometimes there rude and they don't care what ur prescription costs there ugly about coupons. And sometimes you request a prescription and then it's not ready not even getting it ready like 3 or 4 times You have to request it online and call on the phone. I think it's alot of new people working there in the last 6-9 months. I can't stand the rudeness it makes me want to find a new pharmacy but I think no I shouldn't have to this just down the street. So I put up with it. But it's challenging I'm sick of it. And I'm the nicest sweetest person on this planet! And even when they are rude and acting ugly to me or my husband or my kids when I send them were not ugly back to them we just put up with it and make excuses for the pharmacy to my family when there upset venting to me how they were treated. But it really sucks to go through this almost all the time, which is a few times a month usually. And I hate to complain or get people in trouble so I don't say anything. And who would you tell anyways? Even the pharmacist acts like this. ? ? ? ? ? ? I give it 3 stars because I get my meds and I don't want to be mean I can't be mean rude ugly back I'm just not that person. But I wish it could change to how it used to be everyone nice no attitude and willing to be helpful. I hate being put in a bad mood everytime I have to call and interact with them a few times a month. It's everyone but maybe 2 or 3 people that work there. So wish everyone well good luck going/calling ull need it. I don't even want to leave this review I feel bad when it's not even my fault. So I'll take it down in a bit i just need to vent about it this one time iv been putting up with it for a while now.

Just got off the phone with Kristen. From not wanting to help me to all of a sudden able to once I asked for someone who would be happy to help me. I stated if you’d be happy to you would have lead with that versus there’s nothing you could do when I asked if I could prepay for my husbands medication. From it not being an option to all of a sudden I was.

Great customer service. I have been using this pharmacy for the last 6 months while I go through some medical issues and they have been professional,caring and do a great job at providing prescription options to make it a little bit cheaper for customers. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains the medication to help you understand. They answer any questions promptly and professionally. Great job.
