H-E-B and Favor need to seriously step up their security measures when it comes to their delivery platform. Since H-E-B acquired Favor, it’s concerning that multiple drivers are able to operate under the same account, and some even have multiple accounts. This is a huge loophole that allows for tax fraud and undocumented workers to take over the system, making it unfair for legitimate drivers trying to earn a living.
Unlike Walmart’s Spark program, where associates can verify driver names in the system, Favor lacks transparency. Without proper identification checks, anyone can create an account using a fake name or share accounts, putting customers at risk. If a driver isn't the person on the account, there’s no way to verify their identity—this is a major security flaw.
Favor previously announced plans for consistent Face ID verification, similar to Roadie, Spark, and Uber Eats, but it’s clear that many drivers don’t go through this process regularly, or only once. This allows account sharing and manipulation to continue unchecked. I’ve personally noticed groups of 5-15 people at various H-E-B locations running multiple accounts, selling them for $200-$500, or even renting them out.
Meanwhile, honest drivers like myself are struggling to make money because these groups manipulate the system to get the highest-paying offers. I’ve seen the same people get top offers repeatedly, while others barely get anything—it’s clear some are using app exploits.
If this continues, many legitimate drivers will quit, and in the long run, Favor might struggle to find reliable drivers. H-E-B’s curbside teams need to be more involved by verifying driver names at pickup and working with Favor to ensure fairness. This issue is widely discussed in Favor runner groups, with many complaints about the unfair system.
I hope H-E-B and Favor address this growing problem before it gets worse. There needs to be a fair system where curbside teams can check IDs, and Favor implements stricter security measures to protect both customers and legitimate drivers.

This is in reference to the bakery in HEB. I'm sure everyone AND I KNOW EVERYONE, has experience this problem in HEB. I have suggested HEB, cashiers, all the way to the store manager and everyone in between to tape the plastic clear containers, the very long ones that hold the croissants or the Conchas, when you pick the up the container opens, they fall all over, unless you remember they will. Today as I was heading to check out a young lady directed me to an express lane, just a few minutes before both containers opened on me. I told her they need to taped. She said she would pass it up to the store manager. As i was checking outbthe cashier grabbed the croissants container, THE CROISSANTS spilled onto the check out counter. They got me a new container. I spoke with the young lady, she took genuine attention to pass it up. For longer than a year I have suggested this and to Corp HEB, no one will do anything. HEB is a great place to shop, the food is always fresh and good. HEB is a AWESOME place for young kids who are going to school/collage to work. My daughter did and her husband did too. My daughter is a nurse and my son in law is a police Detective here in Texas. BUT WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET THEM TO LISTEN? The next vist I will take my own "TAPE"

HEB and its associates are really becoming disappointing, maybe I expect too much out of this company, but the level of customer service is horrible and seriously making me consider not shopping here. Their employees are allowed to be disrespectful and they make everyone out to be in the wrong and skip over their rude immature employees behavior to defend their actions and avoid accountability.

Why is "Shiner Home for The Holidays” 12-pak $17.66 cheaper in Victoria, TX HEB compared to HEB in Laredo TX $19.21. Playing games with pricing are we? That's HEB sticking it to the customer!

Addressing Disabled Parking. HEB is the best Grocery store chain in the U.S. Having traveled throughout the USA North, South, East and West! This suggestion deals with parking for the Disabled! San Antonio having the reputation as Military City USA, there are a large amount of Disabled Vets who have remained in SA for the Weather, City Support, and Businesses who support us!! I would submit that most SA Businesses provide Disability Parking in accordance with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). Having said that I would ask HEB to make more spaces for ALL the disabled folks! YES, there are cheaters out there who use a borrowed ADA Placard to park because they are too lazy to walk a few steps that we the Disabled can’t do because of injury or pain! Note: Service Dogs are normally bigger dogs that don’t fit in an HEB Basket. Those little dogs that people carry around are NOT service animals and have not received the training that is required to assist the disabled! Service Dogs are highly trained to assist those who are Disabled! It costs thousands of dollars to train one of of these dogs! Just because that little dog in that basket makes you feel good. Doesn’t mean they are a service dog! Signed Disabled American Veteran, Retired Military and Vietnam Veteran 1968-69!

Have been going to HEB on Leopard at Nueces Bay and the parking lot is worse than a caliche road. Because this is a low eco area they just leave it alone. Other stores get new parking lots, stripes, and baskets. I have talked to store managers and they feel the same way. Soft drinks are completely shaken up by the time you get to your vehicle. Come on HEB, you can do better than this!

if I have to make a trip to heb I AVOID THE LINES DUE TO THE BAGGING TEAM MEMBERS CANNOT BAG FOOD PROPERLY! I don’t wanna spend my money and come home with smashed food?! Do baggers take a class on production, weight, cold vs pantry items?? Like it’s always a mess and a constant constant FIGHT to always bag my own groceries to avoid my food being damaged. I don’t care if I have 30 items I will take myself to self check out to bag my items properly. It comes to show that at any store, in every city has this PROBLEM!

There are a couple of us elderly couples that come to the bar because of JEMMA, JUSTIN & CLARE & JONNYBOY
The bars quite busy for a saturday for football games!!
At 5:00pm tonight, your GM, Darrin, stopped & visited with Jemma before he left for the day! He informed her that Justin washed the glasses in a bucket last night! 😠
The dishwasher hasn’t worked in the bar for at least a month!! The new dishwasher is sitting in the backroom!!
Where is your STORE DIRECTOR on this issue!?!
I’m sure you wouldn’t want a loyal customer to contact the health department to come in and audit because you do not have a three compartment sink for the bar
And don’t even go there that the BBQ area has one because labor has been cut in the bar & your ONE bartender cannot leave the bar area to go to bbq & wash dishes!!
Management should come help these departments when needed but it seems your management are only concerned about their TITLES being special!! We seldom see your Store Director visit the bar area !!
We give your BARTENDERS a 5+ as they know how to treat customers with the utmost respect!!

I am so disappointed with HEB the store is always dirty but the women’s bathrooms are horrible . Once a week I go to Heb in League city and I don’t ever think the bathrooms are cleaned the same crap on the walls and floor every week . Take some pride like Bucees . It’s not that difficult .
