This Deco HEB has terrible customer service has folks that don’t want to work attitude!!! Cashiers and courtesy clerks don’t look at peoples bottom of baskets and of course customers not saying anything!!Loss Prevention! Deli has no choices for higher quality of meats and cheese. Bought a sandwich no lettuce I asked said store did not have any??!! Parking lot is dirty with trash folks don’t throw trash properly and HEB does not pick up trash in the lot. I rather drive further out than to shop at this Deco HEB. I’ve express my concerns to managers and they are Oh ok… Terrible overall Service!!! Stop shopping here!!! Just terrible!!!!! Sloppy

As my daughter and I were groceries shopping Darrell told us to leave without giving us an explanation and the people with him were laughing at my disabled daughter .

They have really good and helpful employees. Seems they're making improvements to the store. Only concern is the exterior security, especially at the bus stops. Since I posted the previous, I've seen improvements to security. Also the bushes by the bus stop were significantly trimmed down. The result is less individuals hanging around. Store continues to be a decent place to shop.

This is one of my favorite HEB's, friendly hard ,working people. They pretty much have everything you need, not to mention the bus lines right around the corner.

HEB'S FROZEN FOODS DISPLAY CASES NEED A CLEANING, THE FLOOR ALSO NEEDS CLEANING AND POLISHING, BUT THE RESTROOMS THEY'RE THE WORST! AND I DO MEAN WORST.. FROM TOP TO BOTTOM THEY NEED TO BE STERILIZED! They STINK! H E B CLEAN YOUR STORES! WE'RE NOT IN MEXICO!
