Went in today 4-3-25 tried to use the heb app for coupon and cashier Fabian A. Said it doesn't work because I have to scan the coupon way before I'm going to use it like I'd I knew I was going to buy it then I guess I would have to scan in the morning for the afternoon poor cashier conduct

Just finished shopping at HEB Las Palmas. They have rotten fruit and vegetables. Brought it to the attention of an employee and was told "That's what the warehouse sends us" I asked rotten fruit and vegetables and was told" yes" Damn shame! I'm thinking because it's the poor side of town and y'all figure we're too dumb and poor to complain.Think I'll go to central market and do a comparison. Call a local news station and see how that plays out. Service is terrible there as well. It be nice if you took care of us customer's on the Westside as you do at Alamo Heights. Make no mistake we get why you do it.👎🏽👎🏽

I come to this HEB about 2 to 3 times each week. Today is the first time I've had the most unwelcoming service from the cashier, Michael. Minus 1 star. Other than that this location offers decent selection, not as much as other locations.
