I love H-E-B but the new rules for non service animals are totally ignored in this location. Last night a dog was running around the store no leash. Rules are not being enforced and staff wasn’t too concerned and laughed it off.

The young lady restocking hair products today at 11:20 am informed me about the 25% off all cosmetics and hair products coupon today. I didn't know the coupon was for ALL products no matter the brand.... thank you. She save me a few bucks :)
