Great store lots of options. Im giving it a 3 star because I took the time to put my chicken in an extra bag (the clear plastic ones provided by the store) and separate it from my other groceries and the cashier took it out of the bag completely to scan it and the bagger put the chicken and my lettuce/produce in the same bag!

Your cashier Dani G is awful. No one wants to be in a fast check out lane with a slow cashier, he was busy talking to another customer he had already bagged and rang up. Your cashiers need to be trained in getting people in and out in the fastest way possible, not to be having nonsense conversations and taking up the time of other shoppers. He bagged my items incorrectly as well. Overall horrible experience. I get being friend with people but keep talking to a minimum, no one wants to be waiting longer than they need to.

Very friendly staff 🤗 It's more or less stocked well, however like many other stores, always very few cashiers!! Frankly it's a situation that's just plain old and frustrating!!

They should really stop giving random companies' sales people the space to harass customers when they're walking into & out of the stores. It's rude to do to your paying customers. Nobody likes it!

The last three visits I ordered avocados and they are horrible. Who ever pick the item had to of noticed it was mush
This time I went again but checked before leaving and the same thing happened again
The young lady was super nice and went and found me another one
Then I get home and am missing three of the the four pkgs of pita chips I purchased
I called and no one answers I hope when I go back they will replace the missing pkgs
Over all your team is fantastic but when it comes to fresh fruit and produce it’s always bad or short dated

Good store to shop in. You can order online and pick up. Have a decor section. Pricey but nice.

How about if your cashiers paid more attention to the customer they have in front of them, and not chat with other store employees while they are checking you out!?! Maybe that way, you wouldn’t have to inconvenience customers on their way out of the store by stopping them to ask for a receipt.

They Have Coupons For Texas Packs That They Will Not Honor I Spent More Than I Intended. They wouldn't Honor their own coupon. Yet they have the stupid coupon sitting in front of the Diapers and they have 2 different coupons and one was for $2 off a medium pack of diapers and they had a $5 off of $35 so I opt for that one to no avail. I AM very Unsatisfied I literally grabbed the coupon From in front of the product .

Watch the bagger's! I paid for a box of hotlinks that on my receipt and didn't notice that I don't actually have them! The bagger never placed them in the bag or the cart. So I paid for an item that I don't have and just discovered this an hour later! This is really pissing me off. In this economy I don't want to spend even one dollar on something and not it. However I just spent $6.49 on an item I don't even have! On a receipt of $171.00 because of B.S. inflated prices! You've all been warned to watch these baggers!

Today was not a good day for baggers. An employee named Irma just tossed my organic vegetables into the bag. I guess she doesn't buy vegetables becuz then she would handle care. They bruise easily, and since I get organic, they are even more expensive. In most cases, I bag myself to avoid that, but seeing has she appeared to be a supervisor I gave in. Baggers need to consider the consumer becuz its our money that is responsible for their paycheck. I spend about 800 to 1300 a month for groceries and supplies, and i don't want to be throwing away food because of carelessness. Get better, please. There is no need to rush when there are very few people in line.

That actual HEB is great but the gas station is ridiculous. I watched 3 people in front of me pay in cash and I get up to pay for my gas and the rude lady looks at me and tells me she does not have change for 100 dollar bill. I guess she just didn't feel like counting out change. She did not have to be so rude about it. Last time I stop there for gas.
