Some of MY DISABLED ELDERLY FATHER’S GROCERIES WENT MISSING DURING BAGGING AND TO MY CAR on 03/20/2025.
WE SEARCHED AND SEARCHED WE COULD NOT FIND MY FATHER’S ORGANIC APPLE SAUCE, LEAN GROUND BEEF. ORGANIC AND LEAN MEAST ARE NOT CHEAP YOUR STORES BTW!
My papa called the store the next day and spoke to M.I.C Gabby. She confirmed the items were still there and my papa can pick them up anytime today (03/20/2025).
As of 9:46pm on 03/20/2025.
Managers Jay and Matthew are now claiming they reviewed the footage and no fault at their end! No food was left in their store!
SO WE ARE LYING NOW?!
My papa comes to this store a lot!
There’s no need to be lying for free food!
Ridiculous!! I know everyone is struggling but damn HEB you’re stealing from disabled people now?!! TF!?
HEB “CANT SHOW FOOTAGE OF THEIR PROOF” . “ITS AGAINST POLICY”.
So BASICALLY, HEB CAN LIE NOT TO GIVE A REGUND.
THEY DID THIS TO ME ON THEIR S W W WHITE LOCATION! KEPT $40!

I like fresh flowers best! I am happy to look among beautifully and tastefully tied bouquets.
The store has a rich selection, the goods are beautiful, the prices are appropriate, and the staff is polite.
I think the lines are too tight, customers often rub each other.

Went in Monday for my weekly shop. Get to the counter to pay and the cashier and csa were flirting......like who cares....at least acknowledge me with hello. Fast forward it's time for him to scan BOB and he literally rescan the water she already charged me....but not the paper towels or toilet paper...then proceeds to tell the cashier thats it. Then she looks and me and asks me and I say no there's paper towels n toilet paper. We go back and fourth about it for a min before I just grab them myself out of the basket for her to scan even tho the guy csa had the gun to scan them. Then she tells me to hand it to him.....which is confusing because we been trying to get him to scan them and was incapable of understanding his job. So then I pay and she literally goes to hand me the recipt but let's go of it before I grab it, didnt say bye or thank you....I go to unload all my groceries and to my disbelief they broke my cans of sause and as they put them into the basket. So unbeknownst to me as I'm lifting the bag it's also torn and seeping over all my groceries. Smh now I'm trying to still put the groceries in my trunk and avoiding the bags will alfredo over it. I go back inside speak with a manager about the incident..... literally not that helpful. I just asked for napkins to wipe my own food that I had paid for which now smelled like alfredo. Then on Tuesday I go in at 7am to order a cake i had previously bought from heb 13 and the bakery lady tells me their cake decorators can't make ombre rosettes on a cake ...... without even consulting anyone else. Told me should couldnt make the cake...... So i went to heb 13 to order my cake and the Bakery MANAGER SHELBY From 13 helped me immediately on the phone when I called reassured me they can take care of me. She made good on that promise I drove over and she was kind and informative. Perhaps this bakery should evaluate and even higher their standards to their sister Heb 13. Because yall are lacking in so many areas. I spend about 1500 at this heb a month. My daughter about 1ka month. I will make the drive to make heb 13 my store if this continues. If you dont care about custom service like Walmart just say that.

I love HEB for produce and meats but still have issues with the limited amounts of name brand products over their product.

It's always the same in this store, people park their trucks in the middle of the entrance and the worst thing is that the security guy is there and tells me that the truck is not going to move that he should return through the other entrance, I had to turn back. via security was worth seeing

This HEB is so crowded. Also, the staff at the self checkout are rude and apparently very stressed out! Stay away from this store!!

Why is HEB becoming Walmart? The female pharmacist I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and wanted to argue over the phone. I guess they don’t have any customer service training anymore? I’m tired of going to HEB and dealing with this level of unprofessionalism. Train your team or higher better individuals.

To get HEB whole milk was $4.01 a gallon and when I got to the store it was $4.16. That’s obscene to go up that much overnight. And while Heb says it’s pick up service is free it’s not. The celery is marked $1.02 online in the store it is $.98. Bounty giant paper towel role is $5.18 online & in store $4.98. Heavy cream quart $5.90 online. In store $5.67. These all sound like tiny amounts but seriously add up over time.
I’m seriously disappointed in you Heb. During the pandemic, y’all were being so conscientious and paying your workers more but that’s all over and I can’t believe how much the prices of gone up. It’s obscene. We will never have an Aldi’s or other grocery chain here because of Heb’s giving so much money to the city. So HEB has an apparent monopoly on groceries here in San Antonio.
Tell people how much extra you’re charging for their pick up groceries as opposed to in store. There are many people out there right now that can’t afford to pay five or $10 extra for the groceries right now! Really, Heb! You should be ashamed
