What will be happening here? HEB has always been distinguished by good service. I have been a constant customer of this store for 20 years. At first I loved coming because of the quality of everything. Now the least that can come is better for me. Since the service is decadent every time from bad to worse. The cashiers are super rude and mocking, you ask them about where the products are and no one knows how to tell you and sometimes they ignore you, what I have been seeing is that they only do it with the Latin community, I don't know if it is discrimination or if they have a problem with this community. The worst thing is that it is LATINO workers who make this type of rudeness, how sad that this is happening. My family and I already decided to change stores even though it was a little more expensive, but we arrived home happy with our purchases. I hope they can train their workers better and understand that our money is as valuable as the Anglo-Saxon's money. Aaaaand the ladies who start giving out the promotional food also do it, they are very rude if they are trained to promote food that in advance is to be GIVED AWAY, please give it away without making gestures.

Is the bakery manager proud of this? Because it's on display. Love the chips but can't buy them here. Half full bag of chips for full price. I go to any other store and they are full bags. Embarrassing...

This has to be the WORST curbside HEB has!! They have had my order FOR 6 HOURS!! My pick up time has come and gone and THEY ARE STILL SHOPPING FOR IT!! This is not the 1st time this has happened. Not to mention the 3 times before that they FORGOT items I ordered (which were instock) and they just didn't give them to me. Here Everything is NOT Better

Expect to waste your gas here waiting for your order and coming back to pick up whatever missing items they forgot from your order. Curbside employees have bad attitude at this location. Items are constantly missing from my order. No one wants to be charged for something they didn't get. Or make a double trip to the grocery store just to retrieve the items. Especially when calling about the item and getting talked over by Curbside manager Elena because she doesn't want to hear a customer complain about it. Do the job right the first time and you won't have to deal with unhappy customers. Explains why the Curbside employees have such terrible customer service they are learning it from their manager. Don't like your job find a new one don't make the customers pay the price for it.

The in/out doors are humongous. And as of 7 10 2024 there's construction inside. Can't wait for this to be complete.
