did an online delivery from the babcock location and when my order arrived i was greeted to 3 missing items totaling to almost 20 dollars of missing stuff, although they were kind enough to redeliver the missing items , i’m still not pleased with not getting the items the first delivery , very inconvenient !!!

I have to share why my 3star went to 5stars! This week my daughter had 2 brain surgery's & she's going to make it but I definitely needed something to smile about after the rough 11 days I've had. Our cashier George made my day! He complimented me, was extremely patient (after closing), had common sence, polite, sweet & gave the absolute best customer service! That's how I remember HEB in the past! I bet I will smile just seeing him from now on! Way to go George! Thank you for making our day!

Love coming to this location. Always clean and stocked. I'm still trying to learn the floor plan so I stopped a partner, Dimitri and asked him for help. I think he was on his way to his break but he insisted on helping me and took care of me. Wish there were more partners like this at other stores. Management, gotta keep this guy, he's a good one. Thank you

Though I applied for employment at HEB and was not hired by HEB, I still support the company. The store supplies a diverse variety of goods and products that the community needs. There employee's are pleasant and helpful. Despite their unwillingness not hiring me, I recommend that customers shop there.
