I've only lived in San Antonio since Oct. yr.2024. HEB; Marbach/410, I think. With a pharmacy#613. I arrived to HEB Plus!; to pick up my curbside order, upon arriving my human body decides I need a bloody nose. Walked over to the pharmacist, they rendered aid to my bloody nose & provided me a medical ice pack. Thank you so much!! -- I was able to take care of my obligations to myself and my day as it happened -- 😊 God Blessed me and those around me that day upon waking up!!
I LOVE GOING TO THAT HEB. lol.

I was able to get in and out without any issues, and the items I bought were fresh and in stock. A good store, just don't like the parking.

Been a regular at marbach for 22 years. Always fun to visit and shop. Always lots of specials, Hill Country fare products are some of my favorites.

Everytime I go I always have to bag my own things & there's always so many workers walking around talking to each other. They are super nice but why am I bagging my things & they just walk past me.

There is plenty of parking, lots of coupons available on groceries. Great customer service. Store and bathrooms are clean.

I have had the opportunity to visit other states due to my job. I m proud of H‑E‑B.
I deliver to HEB distribution centers so organized.
If I tell you this is the best grocery store in the country. Being family owned. They do a hack of a job.
I have visited some grocery store that have sad shelves.
This is world class H‑E‑B, should be all over the country.

Fresh Vegetables look kind of sad, but for the most part this is a good store

This HEB used to be the best in the city, I'm not sure if the management changed, but in the last few months, this store has gone down. Produce is the worst, rotten, moldy vegetables mixed with good ones. They don't practice first in, first out, they don't remove expired things off the shelves. The in store shoppers leave the carts in the middle, blocking you and don't pay attention to the customers around them. They never have enough cashiers anymore, customers waiting to checkout are stuck blocking the aisles. The employees are different too, they used to be so friendly and helpful, not anymore. The only areas that are ever stocked nicely are the ones the vendors do, the meat department and the healthy living area, and the rest of the store should get 0 stars.
