If your trying to buy medicine here for some one sick in your household don't bother, your better off shopping across the street at the CVS. The cashier at the self check out implyed that I was a criminal copping attitude with me (typical strong independent black woman vibe) and treating me like I was a nusence for calling out her bs lies about the law. Treating your patrons like they are criminals and thiefs is a quick path to destroying your business.

I LOVE H-E-B! They have everything I need and want and the prices are ALWAYS low. I can always count on them! Customer service is always a PLUS no matter what H-E-B you go too.

Was fair due to cashier was rude and very unprofessional. She was on the 15 items line and I had 20 items but they were small medicine boxes. She didn't want to scan my merchandise she wanted me to go to another cashier. I told no and to get the Store Manager and suddenly she change her mine. But she was very RUDE...

I am and AVID HEB customer, this location sucks so bad, employees are super rude, everything is SO unorganized even before the construction started it was super unorganized and now it’s even worse, on top of that, there’s only 1 person walking around to help if you can’t find anything in construction, and they’re absolute sticklers about the 10 items or fewer line, don’t go in if you have 11 items they will treat you like absolute trash, the girl with blue hair working the self checkout has the absolute WORST attitude, and customer service skills I’ve EVER encountered . If you’re a lover of HEB don’t go to this one it WILL spoil your feelings towards such a beloved Texas tradition. I have a friend that’s from out of state that lives in the area and didn’t get the craze of HEB cause this HEB was what she thought the standard of HEB’s is

It's the grocery store. They have everything you need to cook and clean. They recently have begun an extensive remodel. So things are chaotic. I'm sure it will be new and improved. You just have to be patient.

This HEB needs improvement in the parking lot. The customer service is excellent. Sadly the alcohol drinks are in the front instead of the eggs ? milk ? and eggs.
Really! Discourages me to go here. I’ve lived here 4 months.

Currently not one of the easiest H-E-B's to navigate through as it already smaller than most and now being renovated. The employees have been majority of the time helpful with a few one off experiences but for the most part everyone's normally happy to assist and get it done. I like that this location has the Terrell Texas Lemonade, and I also enjoy the quick check out experience at the self check out.

I've never been in this store before because I'm not from here but I went in the store to get two items and ended up not getting it two items I went for because they were three times higher than I can get them for at Walmart therefore I feel this store is overpriced it was well stocked I like that it had riding carts and everyone was polite they also had handicap parking and the aisle were labeled but unbeknownst to me you need to walk down the middle aisle in order to see what's in the front ones and what's in the back ones without running up and down the aisles I would have given the store more stars if they had had the items I was looking for and the substitute for the items at a reasonable price I usually can get what I was looking for for $0.99 each at this store it was $2.98 each although they did offer a $1 off coupon I still refuse to get the substitute for twice the amount of what I pay at the Walmart
