Never what I thought I would be discriminated. Yes, I do have a lot of tattoos, but when I walked up to services and said, excuse me to an employee, he looked up at me and just kept doing what he was doing, and when I Told him I know you saw me and heard me he said yeah, but I’m counting so basically whatever he was doing was more important than to tend to a customer at customer service.
NEVER AGAIN !!!!
And H-E-B if you happen to see this, Please make sure that employees tend to customers.

I am disgusted at the level of customer service here. Smh. This Jessica on icheckout 10 has a horrible attitude. It's sad that HEB allows this type of treatment of customers. Especially with older customers. She needs retraining. Period. Gurl try being more professional
