I moved to stone oak in 2014 & I’ve been shopping here for 10 years. HEB is the only place I get my groceries for my family because of quality and price. Well today my family was low on money and I’m away for work because I’m a truck driver. I had my girlfriend order food on HEB app to hold my 3 kids and her over for the week. We don’t have a car so this is the only way of getting food. She spent a little over $100 and their food was delivered to our old address. We called the store and the manager Emily at the time said they wouldn’t help my family out with refund or reorder. My gf crying in tears made an honest mistake. She’s always so flustered it’s hard with 3 baby’s under 3 and making sure everything is correct. Especially when the kids are crying and need so much attention. Now we’re out of food and the store we’ve been shopping at for 10 years won’t help us out. Thanks HEB.

For as big and nice as this store is, the customer service is just as bad!!! The check out person very rudely asked me to go to another line because I had 17 items instead of 15. Once I got to the other line, the check out lady was talking to the bagger lady and NEVER acknowledged my existence! This experience has happened on several different occasions and I now refuse to use this location. I drive further away to get better services! So sad for this store!

Hands down this HEB has it all. Live chef station, sampling, new products daily, amazing soup selection, sushi and so much more.
