I was greeted twice when I walked in. Some things I would like to point out. Noone was available for fitting rooms but there was two employees pulling a conversation not that far from me. When I walked into the fitting room there was a guy helping out his girlfriend with clothes which was weird to me. Also I accidentally opened a curtain on someone and apologized right away. Please make sure someone is operating the fitting rooms As there has been suspicious activity going on in other department stores around the country. Also Be careful buying specific clothing items at H&M as they do shrink after one wash.

This is by far the worst H&M location I have ever been to. The people working there either hate their job and just do not care at all.On Tuesday at 7pm exactly, the cashier was so rude. You can just feel she didn’t want to be there. The customer before me tried to make small conversation but that didn’t work. When it was my turn I specifically told her I don’t want to use my rewards , she proceeds to give me the phone to enter my email to pull account , I politely said I do not want the rewards. She got even more mad. Threw my stuff in the bag and the receipt and I didn’t even know if the transaction was over.I don’t have a choice but to stop by there once in a while because it’s so close but just hoping this issue gets address.I wish I could give less than 1 star.

I am not sure what time they open on Thursday but it is not 11. I was waiting outside the doors and they didn’t open for 30 mins that I was waiting. The hours need to be updated. I am still not sure what time they actually open.
