Facility is nice and receptionists are helpful and friendly. Massage therapist was kind and professional. Noise control is an issue however…room wasn’t dim enough nor spa music loud enough to drown out outside noise. Very loud commotion/talking/laughter outside of the room-which was not very relaxing. Also, you pay for aromatherapy as an enhancement and you only get to breathe it in for a very brief moment at the beginning and that’s all? Doesn’t seem worth the money if it’s not throughout the massage-just sniff the vial at the beginning? That’s a rip off to be honest. Otherwise again overall good experience but could be better in those regards. It needs to be quiet and peaceful in the rooms…not loud chatter that’s not controlled by front staff.

I came in to buy a gift card with my partner recently, we walked in and immediately could smell the horrid stench of sewerage. It became overwhelming and couldn’t even finish the transaction.

My husband had Casey and I had Dorothy— both were outstanding. We did not have the best experience with a new therapist the last time we were in and these two totally redeemed this location! Great experience from checkin to the massages to checkout. Thanks ladies!

Disappointed because I was looking forward to a great experience. My sweet friend gifted me a massage package since I just completed my chemotherapy for breast cancer. I made the mistake of showing in person to try to reschedule and I didn’t want any rescheduling fees going to my friend. As I’m speaking to the schedulers, some lady comes out of her office, I’m assuming the site manager but never introduced herself, to tell me that I needed a clearance letter from my doctor. I guess I looked like crap with no hair and all, and was so insistent on this letter that she mentioned like three or four times, and she made me feel almost discriminated against. Like I had leprosy or something. I mean, I sign a waiver anyway. Right? I was looking forward to this experience but I guess I’ll go get another spa massage somewhere else.

Calm facility as soon as you enter . You are greeted by polite staff. The facility is clean and all staff members and therapist who have attended me have been sweet. Massage therapist give you full treatment and worth what you pay . I’ve had three different therapist all due to my schedule and all have been very knowledgeable and very informative with their work and give you great advise.

I loved my facial. Leslie was great. She personalized my experience by first assessing my skin. I have seen her multiple times and I always get compliments on my skin afterwards. I am definitely going back.

Lesley was an amazing aesthetician! She talked to me about my skin needs, she recommended procedure and products without being pushy or make me feel like I was in a sales pitch, and overall was kind, considerate, and informative. I would recommend her to anyone!
