I was treated really poorly simply went in to exchange a tape measure (this is not the first time iv done this exchange) that had lifetime warranty by Hercules the cash register woman was short and chubby I asked for an exchange and she thought I mentioned refund so she blamed me and my choice of wording.. then she kept repeating “you gotta do better than that”like it’s my job to do her job??.. I then asked to speak to a manager and she refused to get her she said “I’m the lead I don’t need to get my manager” she got me so angry and frustrated I hope I’m able to get this resolved I really like the tape measure I wish they would chose there employees more carefully

They asked me if I wanted to renew my membership. I said yes not knowing it costed anything. The employee never told me anything about it costing money. I completely forgot they did the same thing to me last year. It is not okay to charge someone for something without telling them. I will not be shopping at any harbor freights again

Very interesting, this great place seemed like a good alternative to large chains like Home Depot, Lowe's and other large chains. You will be able to find tools at a very good quality price, some good and some not so good, but what surprised me was finding several tools or items at a good price with good quality in general, this store is a very good place to visit.

HF continues to stock a greater variety of products, but what I really appreciate are the varying levels of quality. If you only need the basic model, the price is really low. But, if it's a tool you'll use a lot, you can pay more for a better quality tool.

Great prices on their products. Only drawback is some products have a restock fee 20% if you return. So make sure you need it.
