I had a very disappointing experience with your customer service. I made a purchase totaling $50, and I was never offered the free tool that comes with a $24.99 purchase. When I inquired about it afterward, I was told I couldn't receive it because I had already paid—despite clearly qualifying for the promotion.

Great store. Has lots of unique items that I can’t find in other stores and employees are always helpful when searching for a new tool

They didn't have what I wanted on the shelves, but an employee looked around the front and back of the store until they found it.

They have a good warranty service.

Went during the afternoon. It wasn't crowded but the registers are slower than Walmart. No one in the isles all the customers were waiting in line to pay. I refuse to shop here on the weekend.

Generally clean stores and somewhat fair prices. Wish they were like sears used to be. Their credit card backers aren’t worth a damn. But overall not a bad store. Watch what you purchase. Something’s are quality and some items are junk.

I bought a yellow diesel container. The manager Sylvia said if it had fluid of any kind, you could not bring it back when it leaks. I asked her why this information was not on the receipt. On the back of receipt #5, say you can bring back just needs to be empty. I told her corporate gave me a gift certificate when I called, and Sylvia said that is what they are supposed to do. I asked her if that was the case, why wasn't that information on the back of the receipt, or when I bought back the container, why wasn't that told to me. She said if it didn't pop up on register, they wouldn't know to tell me, which I see as not a true statement. If this is the case, they need to make consumers aware of this information because this store is not telling people. I had to call corporate and tell them the situation, and they stated they had no clue why this store would not take the container back. They saw no reason for them not accepting it. Corporate sent a gift certificate, which was nice. So just be aware of this store's policy before buying this diesel container and know your options because they will not tell you it has a history of leaking or you can't return it or trade it. I found Sylvia to be a bit rude, and she did not answer all my questions. She kept repeating the same answer for every question, and maybe she didn't understand the question, I'm not sure I just gave up. The thinner yellow container is much better and seems not to leak. Again, know your options.
