5x5 storage rooms were not 5x5!!! About 3.5 by 4 inside storage rooms. I ended up having to upgrade to a larger room. Ms. Sandra from the hardy oak location in San Antonio was amazing and helped after hours to find me the correct room for all my stuff. Thanks ms. Sandra!!!

Made reservation and completed rental - all on-line; convenient and easy. I received an access code by email and my unit was sealed with a welcome kit - including a lock - inside. Broke the seal and got to work. All same-day. Later, obtained second, smaller unit and was able to downsize as we moved things back into our home when the project was completed. Same efficient service. I am very happy with the service!

CubeSmart Self Storage on Bulverde has been great! Manager Sharon is helpful and provides outstanding customer service. The storage units are very clean, secured, well-maintained, and located in a secure area with new cameras for added peace of mind. I feel confident storing items here and the price is great!! Currently they have a first month free special. Highly recommend!

We had a terrific experience with the rental of a couple of units! It is an extremely clean and organized facility - easy to navigate and Sandra was very helpful - with everything - she explained every detail and guided us expertly thru the procedures. It was much easier and smoother than we had considered … Sandra is an excellent representative … you will definately like the whole experience !!
