I was greeted immediately by Belinda and she immediately started asking me questions as to what I was looking for. She took me all around the showroom, showing me the variety of different options and I came up upon the two that I saw online and once we were there, we just started looking at fabric swatches because I wanted something that nobody else had so custom options were fantastic. However, they did not have the two color swatches That I was looking for so they ordered those Immediately once they come in I’ll be able to make my decision, Belinda was fantastic and very Thorough impatient with me. It always takes me a long time to make a decision so thank you for being so patient with me.

Blair Offor is the consummate professional consultant. From the moment I walked in, her focus was to fully understand my goal and needs in the sofa I was looking for. I came alone. So she helped me narrow it down to 2 choices. Then emailed me the info to show my wife, who must approve the final decision (married to her 44 years!) Because me wife hates shopping! Not kidding. Blair was sure to exhaust all possible brands, features and fabrics. I could not have been more satisfied with Blairs assistance. Will be back with my wife.

**Update-received a call from Dan at Haverty’s and was sent an email to upload photos of my sectional so they could “assist” me. It was a waste of time- I was told there was nothing they could do and we just have to wait for the warranty company to get back to us which is anywhere from 30-45 days! What was the point of me going to the trouble of uploading the photos??? SAVE your money and either don’t purchase furniture here (only had a year and ripping at seams and footrest is warped) or definitely DON’T get the warranty! A waste of $700.00 dollars for warranty alone.
We purchased a sectional here and spent over $6000.00. We initially said no to the extended warranty, because we didn’t want to go through the hassle of filing a claim or having through jump through hoops for a repair and figured if a repair was in need we could hire someone. My husband explained this to the salesperson at the time and he assured us that it was not a complicated process and that they usually come out within a week to repair and if we should come across any problems we could contact the store and they would assist us. Now a year later, we are in need of a repair, so I filed a claim online. I never received confirmation my claim was received, nor a response from warranty company and it’s been a week. Called the store like our salesperson said only to be told they can’t help and to call customer service. Called Haverty’s customer service and they said to allow 45 days to get a response!!! The salespeople at Haverty’s are deceptive and very pushy to get warranty!!! I would never purchase furniture here again. Sectional is already ripping at the seam only a year later. Horrible customer service. Stay away!! I will be filing a report with BBB for their deceptive sales practice.

My husband wanted a new recliner because he is scheduled for knee replacement. Blair came to help us pick one out. She was not pushy at all, but was very helpful and pleasant. She let us look around and when we made our decision, she came back and wrote it up for us.

I had so much fun shopping at Havertys. I had never been in the store before, and I felt so welcomed immediately. Blair was so sweet and extremely helpful!!! I wasn’t even sure if I was going to get anything, but she helped me find something I love so much that I couldn’t pass it up. The customer service is excellent and the communication while waiting for your furniture to be made is also top tier. I cannot wait for my couch to be delivered, and when I’m in the market for another furniture piece, I will definitely go back to Havertys.

We entered with a good idea of what we wanted. Were greeted at the door by a lovely and knowledgeable salesperson, Blair. She took us straight to the item we were looking for, answered all of our questions, compared manual and electronic features, reviewed color choices, etc. was a great experience.

Buying furniture can be a challenge, but Havertys made the process quick and streamlined. I now have 3 bedroom sets from here and will be back!
