Always treated friendly and respectfully, they give off great energy that makes it feel like you are speaking to a friend. They never shy away from speaking with you about a product or if you are looking for something particular they do their best to help you find what you are looking for, all of this has made me a I believe 3 year loyal customer. I highly recommend them. Especially this location (although I am bias as I have not felt the need to go to another location)

My go-to shop for over a year. All locations are good but Wurzbach is my favorite. Love Aya and the staff, store is always well stocked.

This place was very resourceful and had supreme customer service. The front desk guy #Malcom Rogers was a natural leader and helped me out with in store selections. Neon the manager was also helpful. But the Malcom guy ,in my opinion is"Up Next" and should be getting a bigger deal at @HazelSkySmokeShop @ Wurzbach.

Neon always takes great care of me at this store. Hazel Sky is only go-to for my puff puff needs! Whoops whoop tip your bud tenders guys! The only suggestion I have is for the owners: Please activate the ability to tip on the credit card sale- I use Clover POS at a ton of the venues I do events at so I KNOW IT'S POSSIBLE!!!!!

I have been here a handful of times and every time their customer service has been great. Last visit, Jax helped me with the vapes while Aya helped my fiancee with delta 8 products. We will definitely visit again in the future! (:

Amber, Daniel and Jackson are amazing! They always help me find exactly what I am looking for, give amazing recommendations, and their personalities are so inviting, and friendly. I always walk in nervous and always leave with a smile. They make you feel comfortable, and will answer all thousands of my questions before buying any product. They are the best!

Jax & Daniel, were huge helps, was not sure what I was coming in for but the selections are immense and deals that will blow you AWAY, hard hitting workers, hope they stick around, they make this hazel sky my favorite to attend for all my needs

Great shop with a good selection. Plenty of things to choose from. I also like that they have some art supplies including markers and spray paint. Shout out to Neon for his top notch service!
