Takes forever to unload. Very slow facility, must have 4-5 hours in the ELD to deal with them. Otherwise by the time you get free, you will be out of hours.
Further instructions of the facility are: Park truck in staging area and check in the office, wait in your truck until you receive text for further instructions. No overnight parking, as they shut down the staging area for couple of hours and they will tell you to leave the facility.

Delivery . By appointment time . Check in and dock door was fast , unloading was fast too but paperwork was 1 hour and 45 minutes. It’s too long , they are checking and counting stuff, they have to improve process for paperwork , nice people in security office and in paperwork office . A lot of space for maneuvering . 2 hours parking before appointment , no parking after appointment, NO overnight parking . Thanks .

They are disgusting. Arrived at 1 pm for 6 pm appointment, no door yet at 10:40 pm…….how will such company ever progress when employees are so poorly managed… I wonder why the management has never taken action to improve this , incompetent management.
