Paid $9.00 at the pump for a basic wash as my truck was just dusty. Apparently, H.E.B. thinks air comprises a top-notch pre-wash, because there was literally no soap and only a few drops of water during the pre-soak cycle. So...soapless carwash. Cool. I'm convinced the rinse cycle used dirty water recycled from the drain; pretty sure I drove out with as much dirt as I drove in with. The drying cycle at least blew water off the truck...about half of it anyway. My advice...don't waste your money at this location. If I can post a Pic, I'll show you what the hood looks like afterward. Ugh.

Got the basic wash, barely got any of the bird poop off and didn’t even rinse all the soap off the car. Had to go to another place to finish rinsing off.

Not even worth a $1 much less $9 (at the pump price) for the basic wash. Still dirt all over my Jeep, windows, wheels, etc. So I paid $9 and still have to hand wash my Jeep. What a rip-off 😒

Started with a very very dirty car hasn't had a wash in a long time, i paid for the super wash and was very happy with it. Would recommend to any who's looking for an affordable car wash.

Just got a car wash here, 100% was NOT worth the $12. 👎 Pollen still left all over the hood of our car. Our car basically went from dirty, to wet and dirty. Literally this car wash was more of a disappointment than I am to my family.

The location on Bandera and 1604 can never get their price scanners for customers to work. They are out constantly and months at a time.
