I tried many times to call to cancel my car rental as we were getting in too late by plane. No one was ever available to answer my call. Then they charged me $75 for a no show fee. I’m very upset bc I did try to cancel and the plane and traffic are out of my control. Had I only been able to actually speak to someone live.

I had a reservation booked out months in advance, and this Hertz texted me the morning I was to pick up my rental that they are cancelling it. They were unwilling and unable to assist with providing or finding a replacement vehicle, and gave no reason as to why the vehicle I reserved was no longer available. They also offered no compensation for the difference between what I reserved for and what I paid for a rental with another company.They also flat out lied and says there were no other vehicles available to replace my reservation. Speaking to the airport Hertz location, they had plenty of cars available.

First... they are not at the location shown here or on the email confirmation they sent me. They have no signage. They closed earlier than it said online. And when I got there there was a line of people and ZERO cars. The worst experience ever. Hertz is now dead to me. Enterprise all the way!Such a horrible disappointment.

Terrible experience! Impossible to talk to a real person. I'm having to drive to the location right now to resolve being charged when vehicle was dropped off on time and with a full tank of gas! Never again!

They scammed me, they told me that I could leave the car later at the airport and now they are charging me 941 dollars for less than 24 hours, can you imagine it was a thousand times better to rent it at the airport and they took away my deposit of 300 dollars

Great experience with Vince and his team. Felt like royalty as they took care of everything. The lady that helped me was so polite and tried her best to make it easy for me. I wish I had cash on me to tip her because she really was going out of her way to go get the car and make sure everything was in place, but I was dealing with a hit and run and unprepared. Keep in mind this location, while Hertz, is not a typical location. It mainly deals with service rentals for the dealerships there. So, it isn't set up like an airport Hertz. That may cause some confusion and availability issues. Also, they get very busy and are in and out taking care of customers, so they may not answer the phone right away. They are super busy by my observation - so give them some grace as it isn't like a regular Hertz, but they will take great care of you.

Sucks !!! Charged me for nothing turned the car in before so even needed to and still charged never gave deposit back was confusing

Got my first rental car here after my first ever wreck. Everyone was great, very personable and helpful. they unintentionally gave me my dream car as my rental so i truly couldnt be happier with my experience. They were great at explaining everything. I’ve gotten rental cars for vacations at other popular rental places but this might be the best i’ve ever been to.

I had some problems with my rental because the car I chose wasn’t available but that was a problem with the website. The staff however was amazing , they did everything to get me into a car so my vacation plans weren’t ruined. I definitely appreciated all the help they gave me. Angel and Vince were the Best

Hertz all together sucks. I've had 2 horrible experiences with customer service both at this location and trying to resolve a Hertz induced problem via the customer service number. This location is particularly bad at North Park Lincoln. Do not rent from this location. If you must rent from Hertz, go to the airport. Believe me, it's worth whatever premium you'll pay
