I called the Hertz to location on DenZabala, after being on hold for 20 minutes, I am told there is a technical problem with the reservation system. Unfortunately, car rentals can not be made.

This Hertz location is tops. They provide excellent service great attitudes great professionalism. Any questions they answer for you and if they don’t have the answer, they’ll get it right away. In this case Sage is excellent as per Sage in your visit. I’ve been here three different times and Sage is still here Providing great customer service Thank you, richard T Zamora

I rent cars quite often for my job, only a few times with hertz and almost always at the airport. This was the most scammy experience I've had. To the point when I wasn't offended and angry, I was straight up laughing. I couldn't decide If I should feel bad for the employees who have to defend policies like this, or commend and be disgusted by their insulting creativity in making people's lives more difficult. They didn't have the economy class I had reserved for over a week, so I had to pay double for a different vehicle and every reasoning for this felt made up. I'm not sure if it's this location in particular or all non airport local sites, but avoid the headache and do not book here.

Had to make a last minute reservation for my mother’s retirement and the crew at Hertz De Zavala was nothing but excellent. Sage took care of me and got me on the road and made the return process super easy when I returned a few days.

I did a reservation through Priceline “manager special”. I got there and I have an Operator license, it supposed to be a driver license to drive regular vehicles. My driver’s license was rejected from this location. I am disappointed as I have rented several vehicles from other companies and never heard of that before. The hertz location has the right to deny service like any other business. Therefore I called hertz 1 800 customer service to understand the issue and they said that my license is no problem, but the office location can deny it. Therefore very disappointing that I could not get a vehicle. Waste of uber and waste of time. I have a clean driving record, insurance,etc.

I have never in my entire life been treated the way the “standing manager” treated me at this location. Until this interaction, I had never experienced racism in my life. I was verbally assaulted, left stranded with no car, had to call the police just to get my things out of the car. Mind you I was never asked to leave or raised my voice or any of that nonsense. This all happened because their credit card system malfunctioned and took over $800 dollars of my money wiping me clean. I asked to speak to the district manager, the “standing manager” said he did not want to speak to me. I took the matter to an online manager, by the way, the only option we have as consumers is to speak to an online manager who barely speaks English. They also do not care about the consumer. If their system accidentally takes your money, you are completely helpless. I filed a police report because that is THEFT. And am weighing out my options with an attorney. I still over a week later trying to get my money back. This is unacceptable for a business to operate this way.

I really like renting from here Sage and Mike their customer service is awesome. They both have gone above and beyond! We Will continue to go to this location.

Terrible experience, got there they didn't have the car I needed they had one of the lot and would not price match even though I had booked a car weeks ago my whole trip was ruined. Don't waste your time here

Worst customer service experience of my life!!
I rented a car at this hertz location with plan’s to go to Mexico only to get rejected at the border by a mistake on their end. I drove 2 & 1/2 hours from San Antonio to Laredo, TX only to get rejected at the border because they didn’t put the VIN number on the rental contract.
The Mexican border agent showed me where on the website it states you need this, without it they won’t give you the driving permit you need to drive in Mexico. Yall should not promote that you rent cars that are Mexican travel eligible when you can’t even get the paper work right. Drove there for nothing & lost a lot of time, money, and effort over this. When I asked for a gas card, they had the gall to say the best they can do is a refund. Which I think is a no brainer. Nevermind all the gas I put into the car driving 5 hours (round trip) for nothing. Never renting with you again!!
