So after going to a different auto repair establishment, we were told we would need a new transmission. I immediately contacted Gerard at High tech Transmission, he was knowledgeable and told us he would fit us in and get back to us, the next day he called us to tell us that it wasn’t the transmission after all but a specific part that was a sensor for my Mercedes. He also gave us some options, but they also fixed the diagnostic on that part( I might not be
100% accurate on the explanation). However that being said we were able to drive the car away and we decided to think about our options at that point. We are so grateful to Gerald and his team for being honest and saving us over $2500.00, I assured him that we would definitely come back to him if we had any issues. It’s such a wonderful feeling to be able to place your trust in any auto repair companies . So I would definitely recommend HIGH-TECH TRANSMISSION TO ANY

They ran tests on my car. Drove it twice to see if they detected any slipping. Then charged me nothing. They are honest and very nice.

Truly honest in every way ! Took car to have it checked out for what I thought was a transmission leak, but was informed it was an oil leak . They were honest and did not charge me for service !

Took my vehicle somewhere else because i thought the price HTT gave me was too much. BIG MISTAKE. Cost me three times as much literally. I had to take it to them anyway to straighten it out. I Learned a valuable lesson.

Words cannot express the knowledge and information I just received from Mr. JD that works for this company. I'd like to say thank you to Mr. JD for helping me with the information about my vehicle. This company did not try to take advantage of me but instead help me understand the symptoms of my car as well as guide me in the right direction of taking care of my vehicle. I truly do appreciate that because there are individuals out there that will not take the time to explain anything to you but are quick to put their palms out.
