I scheduled an appointment 10 days earlier for 8 am for an oil change. I arrived at 7:55 am and was told by the service attendant that it would take 2 hours and 45 minutes - for à previously scheduled appointment for a simple oil change!! What's the point of actually scheduling an appointment if it isn't actually honored. I left and went to Take 5. An oil change alone takes about 15 minutes, which is what it took at Take 5 Oil Change where I went next. Needless to say, that's my last visit to that dealer ( where I bought the car, btw) Very disappointing.

Horrible. They push thousands of dollars in add ons. I told them I was willing to buy an incoming vehicle without the dealer add ons and they refused. They lost a customer paying cash with no financing required. I showed them their listed price for same truck at over $4k less than what they were asking even with the add ons and the sales manager said that was for a black friday sale only, even though the website had no mention of a black friday sale. I feel if they wanted to make a sale they would have negotiated something but he flat out refused. Shop around! Consumers are under no obligation to pay for added options not included from the factory!!

I had a really good experience here, I live 5 hours away from Hill Country Honda and they were very thorough when taking pictures and videos I requested of the car as well as a breakdown of the price and working to meet me at a comfortable price for the vehicle and everyone from sales, to management to finance and more we're very kind. It is difficult to be buying a car from so far away and they made it very easy and the car drove very well the 5 hours back home. I would be willing to do business here again in the future

If you are in the market for this kind of experience, than this is the dealership for you: 1) If you would like a dealer who advertises on their website a 2.9% APR on Hybrid models, go in and secure such a deal and ordering a car at that rate only to then on the day you arrive to pick it up they tell you that they messed up and that your rate will be 6.08% apr right before you are to sign the deal, then this is a dealer for you. 2) If you would like a dealer who will purchase your trade, only to then 26 days later still notice they haven't paid the loan off on the car that is sitting on their lot today for sale, only to then require you to call them 5x, go in and visit them twice, and ultimately avoid your phone calls in the finance department to see why they haven't sent it, then this is dealer for you. 3) If you want a dealer that mark up your car $3995 for a special coating and items that you may not want, only to find out that "this is just what we do on every car we have" and you have no say on whether or not you want it on your car, then this is the dealer for you. 4) If you order two parts for your car that you paid for, and still a month later haven't heard when you are getting it and when it will be installed, only to then be told every time you call to know about the status of it that your salesman, in this case Nick, will call you back, and still no one has, then this is the dealer for you. 5) If you want to carried up the point the deal is done and then be treated like dirt, ignored, transferred to voicemail of people you don't want to talk to, ignored and swindled, then this is the dealer for you.

This is a shout out to Armando Juarez, an outstanding and dedicated Parts Advisor who assisted me in reconfiguring my disassembled Honda key fob. I attempted a DIY and bungled the battery replacement. Armando took it and reconfigured and fixed it to working order. I commend Honda for his excellent customer satisfaction rating and for making Honda at Hill Country a place to go where they treat you as family.

Took our grandma to purchase a used vehicle. She test drove a few and selected her Honda mini SUV. Jonathan was awesome. He spent time with her explaining details of car, however when it came time to close the deal we left with no car. Manager refused to take her cash offer after keeping us there for over an hour. They insisted she finance $1200.00, which at the end of the day with current taxes on car loans it would triple. Honda is a well made vehicle, however this location refuses to deal when you want to purchase in CASH. She purchased heir car from Used car lot at Dominion Audi easily in CASH.

My experience while shopping for a car in the past months have been a lot of searching and talking to a whole load of people who attempted to sell me vehicles I wasn't interested in when they didn't have what I wanted. When I made a call to Hill Country Honda I came across an amazing duo names Gwen and Christopher who helped me stumble upon my new Honda Accord! Prices are a bit rough these days but I am happy to have experienced such amazing customer service from Gwen who was nothing but absolutely awesome! She worked with me and my fiancée with the pricing and was able to negotiate at least something and gave us an amazing value for our car and I couldn't be happier. I look forward to my continuation of being a Honda car owner and hope to see them again when I come back for future maintenances or cars :)

Buyer beware!!!! I purchased a used car from Hill County Honda. In doing the paperwork for the car with Finance Director Rey Hernandez, he and I reviewed, discussed, and agreed on the loan amount. I brought in a pre approved loan check for 13k. The finance amount needed for the car after my down payment was $11704. I provided my pre-approved loan check and Rey took over. All the paperwork I signed stated I was financing $11704 which was the remaining balance of the car after my down payment. A couple of days after I left the dealership I got notification from by bank that the check had been cashed for 13k the max loan amount. Myself and my loan officer called Rey Hernandez to rectify this problem. Rey informed me it was the dealerships practice to cash pre-approved loan checks for the max amount despite the balance due being less than the max amount. We inform Rey that I was being over charged by $1300 dollars. When the loan officer asked Rey to give the bank something in writing regarding the error to consider me for a loan refinance for the correct amount Rey hung up the phone on us!!! We called him back and he would not answer... I spoke to the dealership GM Keith Ward about this. The GM would not admit any fault at his dealership and he promised to provide me with a letter regarding the error as needed for my bank. Instead of sending me the letter as he promised, the GM and the finance director told the bank loan officer I was ok with the 13k. Nether the GM of Hill County Honda Keith Ward nor the Finance Director Rey Hernandez have provided me with the requested letter nor are they returned my calls... As a result I am stuck with a loan $1300 over the needed finance amount and monthly payments higher than I budgeted. At first I thought this to be a error. I now think this maybe something Hill County Honda is doing to take advantage of people who may not thoroughly review there loan paperwork to notice possible increases in loan amounts . Its sad that you can't trust a finance director or General Manager to do exactly what they are supposed to do. What Hill County Honda did is deceptive and appears to be intentional to increase there profit margin at my expense. Be very careful if you choose to do business at Hill County Honda. I don't think I am th first person this con has been done too.... BEWARE!!!

I attempted to buy a car from them that was listed on their site, and several other sites at 14,977. I made an offer on a Thursday afternoon, did not hear back so called back the next day to see if the offer was reviewed- they said the car was sold. I checked their web site for other offerings, and the same vin car was listed at 16,977. I called several times to make an offer. Never received a call back. I was persistent as I wanted the car, finally got ahold of someone- who once again said the car was sold. Unprofessional at very least.

This is the definition of stealership! I've gone to this place two separate times for the KBB instant cash offer. Both times they have tried to come in 3-5 thousand less than what Kbb is saying my cash offer should be! Stay away at all costs! If they are ripping off people selling them cars. After KBB is doing the research and giving you a cash offer. Imagine what they are doing when they are selling you a car!

My first car back in 1987 was a Honda. Now, I've gone back to Honda for a 2023 Accord. The salespeople are very efficient and will work with you. I also spent time in the service department when I had window tint added. Very comfortable and relaxed waiting areas. I'm so glad I went back to Honda with what I hope to be my last vehicle!

I'm in the market for a new 23 accord so I go and look for the dealers near me and find Hill country, in their webpage they offer an incentive to get an appraisal and get the conversation started about purchasing a car,. I was contacted by Amanda Roden after filling out the information online, she emailed, texted and call within minutes. So I decide to go in to look at the 23 accords the same day a few hours after being contacted, I arrived and I'm told they are sold, that I couldn't get an appraisal for my vehicle and they couldn't even let me see a 23 accord, a total waste of my time , taking hours off from work and let down, I leave the dealership and reached out to Amanda to at least take care of the incentive they offered since they wasted my time, she would not reply back, no phone call no email, (now that she needs to do her job but it doesn't benefit her she doesn't care and won't move a finger to make things right ) jus t silence, I insisted and asked to get the promised incentive all her replies were evasive and complete disregard for customer service, Keith Ward I hope you read this and look into this matter, attached is the conservation with Amanda and her non caring behavior . I was looking to possible order a vehicle there but after this I can only imagine how terrible my experience would be from anyone in the Hill country team, sad.

They have free coffee and water for you while you are waiting for your vehicle to be worked on. They also have a couple of vending machines if you want a snack. I sat down with my phone and started looking at different notifications, etc. on it, and when my battery started getting low I was able to plug into an outlet right in front of me to recharge it a little ways.
