0 star. Terrible customer service especially cashiers. Customers please always check your prices’ items. Price tag shows discount price but when you check out, it is a regular price. The cashiers know fraud but they let you pay higher price. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRICE TAG AND BILL.

On Thursday, June 20th I had probably one of the best retail experiences. Jeremy went above and beyond for us. I was most impressed with how he handled a situation we had. He was very friendly, and was knowledgeable with the sale items in the store, Jeremy asked if we had taken advantage of the clearance racks, which we had carelessly missed after being there for a hour. I can’t thank him enough for bringing it to my family’s attention, which saved us extra money. He was helpful, positive with awesome energy. I wished every retail store had his professionalism and exceptional customer service. While experiencing great, we also happen to experience not so good customer service. The young girl at the other register who was helping my son had her doubts about the exact item I had purchased as a sale item and for whatever reason she felt the need to question her team mate. Which prompted management and unnecessarily held the lines up. In the end we walked away happy and with some great retail items.
