Came in the staff weren't very helpful only one staff was. Female manager there very rude. They followed my fiance around like he was gonna take something. Sterotyping without knowing a person is not good for a business. Not 1st time at this location.
People working there are no better than the people shopping there. 1:50pm

It's been awhile since I've been to a Hobby Lobby and I was looking for a certain type of cloth basket to create a gift basket. I was positive I would find it at Hobby Lobby but sadly I didn't. Still a beautiful, clean store - that much didn't change but the basket section was much smaller. I know this is to be expected with so many of us buying on line but it's sad none the less. I have to add only one register open and a huge line. Lots of employees floating around but none we sent to open another register. Maybe none of them had the ability to run a register???

This is the worst location with the rudest staff ever. Today I stopped for a picture frame as they were advertised and signed in the store for 50% off. The cashier totaled my transaction and I inserted my card and she literally tells me to pull my card because “that” frame isn’t on sale, despite the fact it’s advertised and signed. I tell her I was there two days ago and it was on sale and her response was not today. Even after I told her it was signed on sale she refused to check or have anyone else check. The manager was standing a few feet away talking on her walkie talkie which they usually do while ignoring the long lines. Oh yes, plan on waiting in line at this location while management just watches and wallow talkies. 20 plus years in retail and I haven’t seen service like this. Shame on you Hobby Lobby.

The advertisement wall decor at 50% off however at the register it's full price. They try and scam you on some items. When I say I don't want it they have to call a rude manager over to cancel the transaction. Waste of time

Slowest cashiers ever. Like the sloth off Zootopia , but with scanning. Every time I come here, no matter who the cashier is, young or old, they scan everything extremely slow and have attitude.

This is usually a good place to shop, however one of the managers is very good at making it an unpleasant experience in that she can’t be bothered to assist customers, she defers questions to the employees, and she just makes the entire place feel negative!
