Me and my partner came in to look at a truck and it was barely 3:30pm the place said it closes at 6 yet someone locked us in and we waited about a hour trying to get someone to unlock the gate and they said they didn’t see us? This is the worst place.

On March 16th 2021 I purchased a Dodge Journey from this business we test drove it and it ran completely fine. I traded in my infinity and gave them an additional 1500.00. I then left my son there and went home, after getting home my son called and said they changed there mind its not ready. We called for three days and they finally said it was ready. My son drove it home that night and the engine was knocking I then returned the truck the next morning. They kept it for an additional two weeks claiming that the problem was fixed, we then drove it home and it the engine began knocking again. We returned it the next morning and the business kept it for two additional weeks claiming they fixed the engine. The day we brought it home it began to knock my son took it back and they said just take it home. I then called and told them the car broke down on my son and it would need to be towed. They are refusing to give me my trade in or my money they have both cars and my 1500.00.

Be careful with this one. They don’t send your payments in on time, and vehicle was having issues not even a year into having it.

I’m very frustrated.
It says they are open at 9:00 am when they actually don’t get there until 1-2 pm.
either be on time or change the time on google.
We’ve called day after day to try to reach someone so we can go get our plates from them after 3 MONTHS
We live very far from there and every time we went no one was there or answered the phones.
So waste of gas and time.
Please work on your customer service. Thanks.

If i could leave negative stars I would.... worst place I've ever done business, they knowingly sold me a broken car, like it broke down on my way home. Ac is broken, 2 catalytic converters were bad (they cleared the codes for the test drive) , as well as the brake booster (which all went wrong within the first few days) they would NOT give us our money back and they would NOT repair any thing wrong with the car! My fiance returned with the car the very day we bought it and the owner wouldn't even answer his phone. Now my two kids, my fiance and I are completely screwed, we spent the money we had to buy this car and now it's busted and there's nothing we can do. Please don't buy your car here.

This is the worse place to buy a car ..to put me in a Audi drove it for 2 day and the wiper motor broke took him 3weeks and the car never got fixed his mechanic burned the computer so he only gave me partial of my down payment cause he said he to charge me for the paperwork
