Awful customer service. The employees don't understand their own price match policy. I wasn't even asking for a competitors price just the HOME DEPOT websites price. Skip this place if you can.

The quality of wood products are going down. Bought four 14' treated wood and a 2x4x8 treated board, out of the five boards purchased, 3 became bowed. Two boards got bowed after installing a metal roof. Costed me a lot of money to repair the new installation. Talked to Patrick, store manager, he didn't seem concerned at all, he didn't even give the respect I deserve as a long time customer. He kept just looking around instead of giving me undivided attention. So disappointed.

Don't come in this branch more ite Manager that without any personal uniform is absolutely crazy.
Other workers have no authority on price.
After two hours its manager says my workers got mistake.
Why before of wasting time of people you didn't transfer your information to your worker.
So this group of workers in comparison with Lowe's workers has no authority on price of goods.
Keep your time and your money and go to Lowe's branches instead this branch.

Only see this crap at Home Depot. Who is their right mind taught it was a good idea to park all the shopping carts next to a handicap parking area to where you cannot get out.

I am not happy at all with this store at the moment. I had bought a part that i didn't end up needing, and they wouldn'tt credit the return to my debit card. Instead, they gave me a store credit card. I tried to use it a few days ago but the machine wanted my drivers license and i had left it in the car. So tonight, i brought my debit card, my store credit card, and my drivers license. Even though it seemed like an unnecessary invasion of my privacy, i scanned my id in at the prompt. Then lights started flashing and the customer needs assistance, etc. Aparantl, my name does not match the store credit card. Idk why that would be. I offered to show them my debit card which i made the original purchase, but they were unwilling to help in any way. I have returned maybe one other item here in 6 years, so this seems very ridiculous. Feels like another way to scam the customers . And the employee was rude and i dont even bother asking for help because it takes forever and they dont even know the answer most of the time. Ok rant over.

Its Sunday evening and I am aware of the early closing hour which is 8pm on Sundays. I arrived at Home Depot at 7:38pm to grab a bag of sand, and the parking lot was almost deserted and the cages were all pulled down and the store was not allowing customers because they were closed for the evening. I'm not sure they are able to tell time because I still would have had enough time to grab the sand. So I rushed to the other Home Depot over 1.5 miles away and they were still open, I grabbed the sand paid and now on my way home and it's only 756pm

Lumber loaders were supposed to load up 40 sheets of drywall with the forklift, took my paperwork, told me they had to do something in the back and disappeared.
Waited more than half and hour and still nobody came back.
