I rarely post reviews but I just had to today. I went in today (4/07/25) to look for a specific dremel and battery. First of all, a few of the employees there I passed by didn’t want to help me when I was trying to get help finding what I was looking for (pretty sure I looked like a deer in headlights who needed assistance). I watched this poor old man who didn’t know how to operate self check out asking this employee (she was monitoring the self check out area). She completely ignored him and went to go get on the phone and ignored me when I tried to get her attention for him. I’m only giving this location 3 stars because I got 1 of the 2 things I needed and Josh. He was so helpful and patient. Instead of just pointing me into the right direction, he lead me to the right spot and double checked I was getting the exact dremel set I needed. Not only that, he went to look for the battery I needed as well and when he couldn’t find it on the floor, he looked on his devices. Unfortunately they didn’t have it but he was kind enough to tell me other Home Depot locations that it in stock according to his inventory. Kindhearted dedicated people like Josh is why I still go to stores instead of mainly shopping online. Customer service has gone downhill.

I'm a military vet have to register my military eligibility if I don't shop there regularly should not have to do that. Don't like that. Will shop at lowes instead.

Brandi register supervisor has absolutely no people skills how in the HELL can they hire such a person who double guess there customers cross examines others to see if customers are speaking truth...so dang outrageous to say the least....no wonder Amazon & other entities are banking...

The lady who is the cashier in the garden section always has good customer service. I randomly go and it’s the same person but she always has a good attitude. However another worker a guy I asked for help he barely looked at me when I asked him to find an item.

To start off the manger Stephanie does not do her job ..for one of there employees bad mouth me in front of alot of customers that I was old and that I had to put the bag of concrete by my self and started trowing the bags of my cart and trowing them back to the self the worse experience at home depot ever before I wish I can get ahold of district manager this was not right

Decent staff, but they DO NOT clean. The bathrooms are consistently a disgusting wreck, floors left unswept, grime covering walls. Its a shame. Tale pride in your store.

Not impressed with the femaleHome Depot associates working together Sunday after on 02/02/25, there was no greeting when we entered the door to the rental department from the outside , instead they gave us a look like we were being rude because there conversation was being interrupted, after that the service was and felt poor, maybe they were judging my friend and by the way we were dressed, we had been moving from one apt to another and finally needed a rental truck for the larger stuff so I recommended Home Depot and regret for doing so’ please put associates to work in departments they like , my friend was ready to pay for a 3 day rental but instead went elsewhere, thank for nothing Rental Department at Home Depot @ SE Military Dr.

Just visited your store to return an item. The only reason you get one star is because you had what I needed. Angie at returns felt it necessary to go talk to fellow workers for 5 minutes with her seeing I was waiting. Unbelievable!

While waiting on paint me and my husband were walking around the store had the manager Stephanie follow us around the store when my husband went too the restroom she stood down the isle n took a picture of me I don’t mind I understand there’s no privacy in public but, the fact she followed us around 2 isles n stopped to take a picture of “concert” know where near you yeah okay.. ur weird we spend money here every week n have never had this happen .

Ordered a 900$ set of doors for a customer. Spent 6hrs waiting for them to deliver them. Before they notified me that they messed up and wouldn't be able to. To then follow up and failed to deliver them after I rescheduled them to be delivered 2 days later.
Horrible service. Incompetent employees. Will be buying things a Lowes or mccoys from now on

People park at curbside all day, takes forever here always busy. Picture of trucks before and after my lunch so at least one hour.

This location was horrible. There were plenty of people working and it was packed but the checkout line had 3 women (young girls) standing there chatting away and not helping with the lines starting at the check out. They had 2 separate lines starting and no one knew which was which, the employees didn’t direct traffic, they just kept chatting with each other. It was like it was too much for us to ask what line was the correct line for the checkouts. It was a mess….never coming back to this location. This is ridiculous.

You know what's total bullshit?!?! When you ask an employee a question and they ignore you so customers are trying to pay in a self checkout from all different angles. Three employees standing around chit chatting and no one has the common courtesy to to provide any customer service!
