Update 4/3/25 . Went to Home Depot to pick up an order and was greeted by someone at customer service desk that was not having a good day OR was just not happy to be there working today⁉️ Xochitl was rude and arguing with me over something I don't have control over, plus I was asked to wait in line behind the 10 people in line for returns .. I was there for a pick up in and out in less than 2 minutes but had to wait 15 minutes for the returns to go first!
Hopefully it will be better next time ⁉️⁉️

The lazy staff working at the desks can't even answer the phone. I called multiple times they keep passing the call to other departments. Someone should be reprimanded or replaced for this BS . THEY ARE LOSING MONEY FOR THE STORE.

If I order outside pickup the ones that bring my orders are fantastic, and the ones at the garden center are fantastic but the ones in the store part are mostly hard to get anywhere with they are hard to find to get help and act like they are, bothered by me asking for help

I really like this store but was A bit frustrated today; I checked times before I drove out to the sunset location. Time posted online showed 8 pm closing; I arrived at 7:30 pm and was told they closed early this day for a party. I just wish the early closing time had been posted online or that the party was held after the scheduled time posted.

How do I report a delivery 3rd party that Home Depot sent to my house I made a police report but the store manager will not help about a formal complaint or anything I know I was assaulted with a truck and by a driver,I spent a few thousand dollars cash and this was not okay,can a district manager or corporate help the manager seems like he will not help

Terrible customer service at of all places the customer service desk! Long wait and the 2 people at the counter did not call for backup, didn’t even acknowledge any customers waiting in line for more than 5 mins. Unacceptable considering there wasn’t a manager on the premises and other employees walking around.

Let's just say it was a horrible experience!!
Purchased a washer, to be delivered Nov. 11th, didn't arrive, Nov. 12th didn't arrive, was told it was never scheduled to be delivered, just imagine the poetic words flying around my brain. Absolutely no inventory control, maybe there are using the, "I do don't care," method. Maybe Home Depot can learn inventory control from a hamburger restaurant, I bet the shift leader does a far greater inventory count than the Home Depot ecosystem.
If Home Depot can't complete a sales transaction, step aside, someone will gladly take your business. 😬😬

All other employees so far has been good husband is a general. Contractor has been coming here for over 45 years. We have been using our credit card for purchase to earn pints for flights not our Home Depot. Gentle man was helping me with a tool I bought Monday and another gentleman out on counter. Lady Joselyn was so rude made a face and rolling her eyes and smirking . When I mentioned the other associate had out the tool on counter. This does not look good on your company. Others have beautiful smile.

I've been going here for ten+ years. Customer service isn't what it used to be here. They never have more than one regular checkout lane open. They didn't know where inventory was or if they had it in stock.

Website, Google, even the tool rentals own paperwork says they close at 10pm. But apparently tool rental closes at 8. No one answers the phone in the store or tool rental during the day. Staff is totally useless.
